Alot of information has come in which change the original story from
Gun happy white guys slays young boy on way back from getting candy ...to what we have now.

I NEVER said this was a hate crime. I think you simply don't read peoples posts judging by some of the really stupid shit you say.

Actually - that's pretty much true of all of the Zimmerman defenders. All of you have said moronic shit to the effect that those who think Zimmerman should be charged with manslaughter and tried before a jury of his peers want to "fry" Zimmerman. We just believe Zimmerman should be charged and tried for pursuing Martin and causing Martins death. Simple concept.

How does a society properly legislate self defense? When is it okay to use lethal force in self defense?

Example ...

Person A gets into a verbal confrontation with Person B. Person A and B get into a physical fight and Person A begins to get pummeled. Person A shoots Person B and claims self defense. Was person A in the right to use lethal force on Person B?

In Sanford Florida, born and raised
on the neighborhood watch is where i spent most of my days
chillin out posted acting all cool
polishing my gun like half mexicans do
when out of the rain came a kid up to no good
"whats this negro doin up in my neighborhood?"
I called 911 but then I got scared
dispatcher said "don't get outta the car just stay right there"

i followed him close then I got jumped from behind
probably cause i had a gun but i was inclined
I swear I thought those skittles were hand grenades, shit was intense
fuck it this place is pretty much the south, im claiming self defense

so i bloodied my face, the home stretch is finally there
oh shit racisms dead? i thought nobody would care
