All of you have said moronic shit to the effect that those who think Zimmerman should be charged with manslaughter and tried before a jury of his peers want to "fry" Zimmerman. We just believe Zimmerman should be charged and tried for pursuing Martin and causing Martins death. Simple concept.

How does a society properly legislate self defense? When is it okay to use lethal force in self defense?

Example ...

Person A gets into a verbal confrontation with Person B. Person A and B get into a physical fight and Person A begins to get pummeled. Person A shoots Person B and claims self defense. Was person A in the right to use lethal force on Person B?
