I get an hour b/c I'm in charge (okay, really it's b/c I have to get here 15 minutes before everybody else so they compensate me w/ a longer lunch break...but I have to be here earlier BECAUSE I'm in charge, LMFAO) and can drive home in about 7 minutes, depending on traffic. The only thing w/in walking distance is a convenience store or Thai Food...and although I love Thai Food, I don't think eating it every single night would be conducive to my weight loss.

Eh nah I dont think it will LMAO. I'm going for the diet and exercise approach and I am gonna be a skinny bitch!

Thanks but I was saying earlier, I am losing my waist and it used to be really defined so time to do something!!

Well, we all know that YOU are the one that has to be happy w/ your body...so if that's how you feel, then that's what you're going to have to work towards. You're doing pretty well so far...keep up the good work!!! :)

I have been walking with the pram for 45 mins now. Munchkin has gone to sleep. Alright for some. Almost at destination. Get fed. Walk home again. Makes up for my do sfa day yesterday.

I've got DanceFit Class in a couple of hours. And then maybe tonight I'll bust out my Perfect Situp and actually USE it.

I'm getting sick of exercising because a) it makes me hungry but I can't justify eating more because it defeats the purpose and b) every time I work out daily, I gain weight

I really wanted to exercise every day in March, and I have, but it's pissing me off.

You are probably gaining muscle. And yes it makes you hungrier because you burn calories. try eating a banana or something before you exercise or just after.

Ya, I understand why I get hungry when I work out, I am just waffling on how to handle it. At this point I don't think I'm doing enough to gain muscle, I suspect I eat more than I should because of the hunger and add the pounds. I'm a person who doesn't need to be hungry to overeat, so when I'm hungry...well :24: yikes

It's hard for me to control my portions :\ that's how I got in this mess lol

All this week I plan to stick to 1500 calories on myfitnesspal, and do mostly brisk walking and some light weights. See how it goes by Saturday

I struggle with portion sizes and have a need to clean my plate, even if I'm full to the brim. I used to weigh my food and that helped keep my portions under control.
