I'm hitting the gym in about 30 minutes. I really really don't want to b/c I have horrible gas pains. :24:

That's my problem too, I just eat too damn much. I lost 4lbs last week thanks to a teensy bit of self-control and lots of celery. fml.

I dont like celery. I have very little self control. I am gonna have to learn though cos I am bursting out my jeans, NOT attractive.

I like celery cooked. That's as far as I go. Raw, it tastes like dirt on top of bitter dirt to me, but I dip it in light ranch or bean dip...kinda helps. I just eat it so I have a low calorie/carb/sugar food to snack on mindlessly without guilt.

Who ever invented Pop Tarts should be smacked... I just can't resist them warmed up with a big ol glass of milk.. Of course my wife makes sure the cupboard is full of em. (must resist)

Even when I don't have much fat on me, my stomach still sticks out too much. But it's better than my grandfather. He had an eye for sweets, and he had the stomach to proove it.

Only 8 days into the month, and already I have done way more than I would have in a usual Month. This kinda stuff keeps up, I may just see some results come Summa-time. :thumbup

A friend of my daughter is a "black belt" at making interesting cupcakes... She has made some unfathomable combinations into a cupcake. The strangest was beer/bacon combo. (yuk)

Last night she brought over a stash of "Oreo Crush" Cupcakes. I could simply not resist, and ate two... Then I had a couple of beers before bed. I have to do sit ups now, and am worried I might
pass gas in my own face. Damn You Cupcake Temptress!!!



I vow to keep going anyway!

Its way further than that for me, if it wasn't in the nicer nights I would consider walking.

I thought about walking to and from work but the problem comes in w/ my lunchbreak. I don't want to be stuck at work on my lunchbreak b/c I don't have my car w/ me.

Aw man, I dont have any time to leave the building on my lunch break, besides there is nowhere to go. If the old hospital was still there, I could walk in 20 mins or so. Stupid old building that needed replaced.

I get an hour b/c I'm in charge (okay, really it's b/c I have to get here 15 minutes before everybody else so they compensate me w/ a longer lunch break...but I have to be here earlier BECAUSE I'm in charge, LMFAO) and can drive home in about 7 minutes, depending on traffic. The only thing w/in walking distance is a convenience store or Thai Food...and although I love Thai Food, I don't think eating it every single night would be conducive to my weight loss.
