I need to burn off the excess food I have eaten this week first!! I've a busy weekend so if I can stay around 2lb within my lowest weight then I'll be happy then after the weekend I'll be on it seriously til my weekend away end of Oct.
I met my minutes goal this month, but not my crunches. I shouldn't have bumped it up to 2500, probably, but I think considering everything that went on this month I did pretty decent.
