HAHAHA yeah probably. I'm starting in about an hour. Walk the pup home from my mum's work. Then I will need to walk back again and get my car.

After many months of nothing more than walking to the bar, gaining weight I decided to do something so went for a run, things are gonna change if I am to fit into my bikini

50 minute walk with puppy. Cheated on the way back and got a lift with my dad to the car. It would have been 50 mins back to it and I needed to bring my wall pictures home so I thought screw this, baby steps haha

I know it's bs, but I've been looking at different sites for my 'ideal weight'.

What a range...no 2 were the same. Some say my idea weight is 150, some 160 and some 170...craziness.

I know what I'm happy at and these don't really change my mind, but I just found it errr....interesting, maybe...to see that pretty much, no 2 were alike.

Mine goes as low as 120lbs...really that's a bit freaky to me, at 5'7...but that may be a result of being big for so long. 120 might look fine on me. :s

I would say that would put you underweight as according to a healthy weight for me at 5'4" the lowest I should go is around that weight.

Ya it just doesn't seem quite right. Certainly every body type is different, I know my mom is a bit taller than me and all her life she was lanky at 140lbs, so that's what I'm shooting for.

Really I just want a slimmer overall appearance. Flub free :D

Yeah me too. I'm not going so well on that. Oh well. Going a walk with my mate up the hills tomorrow so once I curb my eating I should be onto a winner.

Legs and abs have always been my weak spot. I just finished up doing some half assed squats in my garage. Oh well.. half assed is better than No- assed.

Hmmm... If I make this gut smaller I just might get to see my "pee pee" again.

Was a real bitch this am before work, but I got it in. I am off at the gym today so maybe I'll get some more in before bed.
