I spent A LOT of time walking/dancing/climbing stairs while in Savannah, but I ate horribly to make up for it. :24:

So today it's back to exercising regularly and eating lots of salads and drinking lots of water.

I'm sure you'll find someone more than willing to *cough cough* "exercise" you in the not so distant future. I have already picked out our finest American man to ship your way, but am having some trouble w/ the shipping costs.

Had a long day yesterday. (15 hours) I was exhausted when I got home. However my son was starting his workout and somehow I got inspired..

I got in a lethargic, but effective, chest/shoulder workout. Then I couldn't sleep. lols I am off today, so that bench is mine for at least another 50!

My counterpart on the other side of the office was given a scale by her boss:eek, I want to sneak over and weigh myself, but I'll be too pissy if I don't like what I see...well, I know I won't, but ignorance is bliss and in my mind, I've lost maybe 10 pounds since I've started working here (yeah right). I know I'm 2 notches up on my belt though.
