Have you tried the Couch to 5K program??? I got up to week 4 and then my schedule got thrown off. I need to start over.
Running for 2 mins and walking for 2 mins or however it works, really pisses me off :24: I just like to get on the treadmill and go for it. A few people I know did the program though and seemed to like it. I also have no where to run around here, I'd bump into everyone lol. Treadmill is why I gots a gym membership.
