LOL, still a troll, and still clueless? I'm enjoying this,It's amusing to tear down the third rate 'arguments' and hypothetical excuses that the pro-gun lobby are trying on in an attempt to justify this killing.

Sorry Dundee but Zimmerman is going to get off either with no charges or a slap on the wrist.

most of the evidence is in his favor

u mad brah? yeah he mad

All women jury for Zimmerman ;)

http://www.hlntv.com/article/2013/06/20/6-picked-George-Zimmerman-jury-chosen-trial

However what is important is that they do not believe the tragedy to be an execution {sadly many still believe that as that is what the early media stating.}
They just ignore the facts when they come in and still hold on to Zimmerman executing a young boy because he was black.

Or he is a murderer because he got out of his SUV.
I didnt know that someone getting out of their SUV was reason to bash their head in?

------------------------------------------------------------------------

A little about the jurrors

B-29: A Hispanic nurse on an Alzheimer’s ward who has several children and lived in Chicago at the time of shooting. She’s married. She said she doesn’t watch the news, preferring reality television: “Right when we got here, I got cable… I love my reality shows.” During jury selection, she said she was arrested once in Chicago.

B-76: A white, middle-aged woman who said Zimmerman had an “altercation with the young man. There was a struggle and the gun went off.” Has been married 30 years, and is unemployed. She formerly worked with her husband in his construction company. Her 28-year-old son is an attorney in Seminole County. She also has a daughter, 26, has been a victim of non-violent crime and rescues “a lot of pets.” The state tried to strike her, but was denied.

B-37: A middle-aged white woman who has worked for a chiropractor for 16 years and has many pets. She described protests in Sanford as “rioting.” Her husband is an attorney. She has two daughters: A 24-year-old dog groomer and a 27-year-old who attends the University of Central Florida. B-37 used to have concealed weapons permit, but let it lapse. Her husband also has one.

B-51: A retired white woman from Oviedo who has a dog and 20-year-old cat. She knew a good deal about the case, but said “I’m not rigid in my thinking.” She has been in Seminole County for nine years, is unmarried and has no kids. B-51 previously lived in Atlanta, and used to work in real estate. She also ran a call center in Brevard County which she said had 1,200 employees.

E-6: A young white woman and mother who used to work in financial services. She used this case as an example to her two adolescent children, warning them to not go out at night. She has lived in Seminole County for eight years, and is married to an engineer. E-6 was arrested in Brevard County, but said she “was treated completely fairly.” Her husband has guns. The state tried to strike her from the jury, but was denied.

E-40: A white woman in her 60s who lived in Iowa at the time of the shooting. She heard national news reports and recalls the shooting was in a gated community and a teenager was killed. She described herself as a safety officer, is married to a chemical engineer and loves football. She has a 28-year-old son who’s out of work. She said she’s very well versed in cell phone technology, and has been a victim of
crime.

Based on the opening testimony, he's going to jail. A racist piece of crap who repeatedly profiles young black men, pesters the police with groundless accusations and eventually gets tired of being treated like the joke that he is and kills an unarmed youth after being told not to engage by the authorities?

To bad for the prosecution that they haven't been able to back up that opening statement yet. You might want to try to follow along with the trial, instead of listening to the biased media reports.

Lets see the state opened with
"fucking punks always get away....fucking punks always get away"

Which was never stated by Zimmerman on the phone.

Then the state said that he profiled martin.
The judge had already given instructions that the state couldnt say he was racial profiling.
Fact is he wasnt....5 of the 40 plus calls in the last several months involved "young black males"

And even if he was it doesnt matter...has nothing to do with the split on the back of his head.

To further...everyone profiles.
Bank robbery...middle age white man.
Candy robbery....11 year old kid.
Swerving...pull over for breath test DWI.

If someone is out walking in the rain looking at houses...they brought the alert to themselves.
Additionally..Zimmerman did not know he was black at this time...he didnt know until Martin came up to the SUV...Martin saw he had been seen scoping...then ran...which further aroused suspicion.

And again he was never told to not get out of the SUV.

What they do have is a very combative juvenile....err I mean 19 year old woman for a witness who spoke in such slang that jurors and reporters couldn't follow here.

Then a witness who said "three shots',,,yeah like we are supposed to believe what he saw as well.
Then one witness whom magically says she saw one chasing the other...but this wasnt mentioned during the three other testimonies by the same individual.

Also a witness today told of prosecutor coaching...where the prosecutor tried to instruct the witness to say she hadnt been asked that question before.

Kakapo Dundee....you seem to be an authority on this case....does the state have one single shred of evidence that a murder was committed?...The news sources here are not providing it.

Additionally you have implying he shot him because he was black.
Why has a hate crime also not been charged in this case?...Is that because there is no evidence of a hate crime?

Also what felony crime was Zimmerman committing during the time of the shooting as to not allow the use of self defense as a "rightful shoot"

Oops. Key prosecution witness said he never saw anyone's head being slammed into the ground, and he wasn't sure if the person on top was swinging and striking the other or just holding him down.

Not much of a key witness for the state for sure...as it doesnt support the charge of a murder taking place,,,nor discredit Zimmerman's self defense claim.

The witness actually helps the defense.
We have a person on top and a person on bottom.
The grass on the back of Zimmerman and sidewalk injuries place him on the bottom.

Also early on in the case martins father stated the screams were not martins.
Problem is we dont know if he will be put on the stand to testify to such...the judge has been favoring the state somewhat...so she may not allow the defense to call on him.

Also of note there was a juror who had posted on facebook after the incident "Justice for our son Trayvon Martin"..it was a jury member.

The juror is biased and lied during selection to make it on the panel.
How can you have a fair trial with a dishonest jury?

It directly contradicts GZ's statements about why he needed to defend himself. I would say that yes, that certainly does go toward discrediting the self defense claim.

And spare me the melodramatic bullshit about how the back of Zimmerman's head got grazed.

Good, who had perhaps the best view of any witness, said he did not see anyone's head being slammed into the concrete sidewalk, as Zimmerman says Martin did to him.

We have only the word of the defendant that anything other than a minor scuffle took place. If Zimmerman genuinely thought that his life was in danger, the coward should have stayed in his truck.

Zimmerman has no moral right to claim self defence. He instigated the fight.Should have followed the instructions of the authorities.

That's not quite the way it went.;)

(CBS) A former neighbor of George Zimmerman testified he saw two men in a "tussle" outside his home the night of Feb. 26, 2012, and said he now believes the person on top in the altercation - which would moments later turn fatal - was Trayvon Martin.
In key testimony, he also said he believes George Zimmerman was the person yelling for help.

VIDEO: Zimmerman trial: Prosecutor opens with profanity
John Good took the stand Friday in the fifth day of testimony in the Zimmerman's second-degree murder trial. The former neighborhood watch captain is charged with shooting the unarmed teen as he was walking back to his father's fiancee's home through a Sanford, Fla. gated community.
John Good testified he saw a man in dark clothing on top of a man who was wearing red or light-colored clothing with lighter skin. Zimmerman, 29, was wearing a red jacket the night of the altercation, and Martin was wearing a dark hoodie. However, Good testified that he didn't see the person on top smashing the other person's head into the sidewalk, as Zimmerman claims Martin did before he fatally shot the teen.

READ: Trayvon Martin Shooting: A timeline of events
Taking the stand Friday, John Good said he was at home watching television with his wife when he heard a "faint noise" that seemed to be getting closer. Outside, he said he saw the person on top of another man.
The man on the bottom, who he said he now believes is George Zimmerman, yelled for help.
"At first it was "What's going on," and no one answered,' " Good said, describing calling out to the men. "And then at that point the person on the bottom, I could finally see, I heard a 'help.' Then at some point I said 'Cut it out.' And then, 'I'm calling 911.' That's when I thought it was getting really serious."

The altercation seemed to escalate, according to Good. The struggle moved to the cement pathway, and he said the person in dark clothing straddled the other man in "mixed martial arts position" he later described to police as a "ground and pound." He said he saw "arm movements going downward," though he couldn't be certain the person on top was striking the person on the bottom. "The person you now know to be Trayvon Martin was on top, correct?" asked defense attorney Mark O'Mara. "He was the one raining blows down on George Zimmerman, correct?"
"That's what it looked like," Good answered.
Good said he then went back inside to call 911. As he was dialing the phone, he heard a gunshot. His 911 call was played in court as the jury listened.
"I just heard a shot right behind my house. They're wrestling right in back of my porch," Good said on the recording. "...I'm pretty sure the guy's dead out here. Holy sh--."
Later, prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda asked whether it was possible a police officer could have used the term "ground and pound" before he did.
"It's possible," Good said.
De la Rionda honed in on Good's earlier statement that he couldn't confirm the person on top was hitting the other person.
"Correct," Good said.

Not at all as no one saw beginning to end...doesnt matter if someone did or did not see the head getting beat on the sidewalk..the fact that a man was on top of another man and one mans head is split from the sidewalk is enough to put the puzzle together.

Also you must remember..the state is going for murder..thus need to prove murder...the state has nothing to prove Zimmerman wasnt defending himself.
Now if Zimmerman shot him after martin got done beating his ass then he should go to prison...As said no one saw the entire thing.

You sound like dickface jackson...as that is how it was told in the beginning.
You seem to be leaving out the 1st degree assault by martin

And spare me the melodramatic bullshit about how the back of Zimmerman's head got grazed
A recent photo was posted..the slams are real...you are merely trying to take the head slams out of the equation..they are real they happened.

Good, who had perhaps the best view of any witness, said he did not see anyone's head being slammed into the concrete sidewalk, as Zimmerman says Martin did to him.

Again he did not see the entire incident...no one did as far as we know...If someone did then we would know exactly what was going on when the shot took place.
That is what this is about.

We have only the word of the defendant that anything other than a minor scuffle took place. If Zimmerman genuinely thought that his life was in danger, the coward should have stayed in his truck

Head slams show otherwise.
Additionally Zimmerman getting out of his SUV did not give Martin the right to start slamming his head into the sidewalk.

He instigated the fight
Do you have a source for that....We are not aware of anyone who saw the fight actually start.

Should have followed the instructions of the authorities
Again....he was never told not to get out of his SUV as you have stated.

Excellent find...the sate should move for dismissal ...but sadly they wont.
The state didnt even want to charge Zimmerman...but Jackson and the bunch turned it into a race issue.

Another great witness for the prosecution testifies. Picture at the link.

On Friday at the murder trial of George Zimmerman, the prosecution asked physician’s assistant Lindzee Folgate of the Altamonte Family Practice whether Zimmerman’s nose was broken.

The prosecution seemed to be confused as to what constitutes a broken nose, apparently believing that the fact that Zimmerman’s septum appeared to be straight meant that his nose was not broken. Folgate promptly answered that his nose appeared to be broken despite the straight septum.
Folgate further testified that Zimmerman’s injuries could be consistent with his head being hit on concrete.
