you are wasting your time TM
The only evidence Dundee cares about is that Zimmerman got out of his car and had a gun. Anything else is irrelevant to Dundee
You're right....he's wasting his time, but only because he's obsessed with the constitutution rather than the case at hand. As I've already stated, Florida law,
and the law of any state that allows an armed adult to shoot an unarmed minor and claim 'self-defence' is seriously flawed.Scum like Zimmerman should not be permitted to manipulate the courts under oath. If you know that you have a loaded handgun in your possession, and you elect to pursue a minor knowing that you are bigger and stronger and that the police have been called, with a view to detaining him, you are clearly not in fear of your life.If you then decide within seconds of getting into a scuffle that you are losing, and shoot your victim dead at close range, you're a coward. If your lawyer then instructs you to claim that you were in 'fear of your life' in order to avoid a sentence, your lawyer is a shark, you are a coward with no morals, and the state is utterly stupid for allowing a statute onto its books that is so easily corrupted. The whole point of the legal system is to ensure that cases are tried on factual evidence. There's no concrete evidence to suggest that Zimmerman's life was in danger, and yet by claiming [truthfully or otherwise] to have been scared [despite clear indications that he had elected to be in a confrontation with his victim], the conventional rules of evidence go out of the window.
Court decisions are governed by facts. Badly drafted laws have loopholes that allow murderers to walk free by faking emotions. I'm glad that laws of evidence in this country are not watered down to appease the gun nuts, as appears to be the case in Florida.
