Martin's life didn't count because he was a black thug in a hoodie, therefore no self defense rights for Martin. Martin would have to go to prison for life without parole. Only Zimmerman is entitled to claim self defense here - so say the Zimmerbigots.

They wanted to arrest Zimmerman saying the shooting could have been avoided and it was his fault. They are the ones that heard all of the statements first hand, they are the ones that talked to Zimmerman and heard his account of what happened. They didn't want to just let him go because he was defending himself from this supposed head bashing.
They saw the wounds up close and personal, yet they wanted to arrest him for manslaughter that night...

we're going round in circles here.

There is no dispute that Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon Martin.

He has been charged with murder and will appear in court to face the evidence.

The evidence will be argued in court in front of a judge, and any witnesses will be bound by the rules of evidence.

If he is judged to be guilty of breaking the law as defined by the state of Florida, he will be sentenced.

1200 posts on, I still can't see exactly what it is that The Man and the other Zimmerbots are getting so pissy about.

You dont have to prove that you fucking idiot..its innocent until proven guilty ...but since you operate backwards..it would seem that head gashes broken nose fat lips and hurt back should satisfy that one..oh and martin didnt have a scratch other than knuckle damage.

Please explain to me how "innocent until proven guilty" means that you can state that Martin attacked Zimmerman as fact. I'm genuinely curious as to how you made that correlation in your head. You'd better watch the personal attacks as well.

Well, the defense doesn't have to prove anything with cold hard evidence, they just have to provide a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman did not commit murder.

Why did you feel it necessary to say essentially the same thing in consecutive posts? Granted, this one was far more brief and sans the personal attack, but they carried the same basic message.
