The wounds to his head have been grossly exaggerated by the Zimmerbots, if they had been half as bad as the rednecks have claimed, he would have left the crime scene on a gurney.

Can you please point to the relevant legal documents that support the claims that I have highlighted?
Who has stated he should have left on a gurney?
People are only saying what the pictures and reports show.
Let me bring you up to speed...the martin bots said Zimmerman didn't get his head gashed.
Now that there is proof he did,,people want to play them down.
Can you agree that getting your head smashed into the cement hard enough to cause gashes is a serious assault.
That is addition to the 2 black eyes, broken nose, fat lip and back injury.

You are right. Zimmerman's wounds are sufficient enough to prove self defense.

Motive for murder? I'm not talking about motives or anything of the sort. I'm simply stating the very simple fact that if Zimmerman had stayed the fuck in his car and not followed Martin to begin with, he wouldn't be facing second degree murder charges right now.

Maybe Zimmerman had a hero complex and was sure this black hooded teen walking through the neighborhood had to be stopped, you know like the PreCrime unit featured in Minority Report, except using prejudice as the standard? Is that how it's supposed to work? What is the accepted definition of suspicious? Any thoughts on what motive prompted him to get out of his vehicle?

He HAD to be arrested and tried. Last I heard harassing individuals based on their race, provoking a physical confrontation and then gunning them down, when you get in over your head is frowned upon. As a Hispanic, Zimmerman proves that everyone regardless of race can be prejudice.

Are you that fucking stupid?
Hitting ones head on the cement hard enough to cause wounds is very serious.
And again...are you that fucking stupid?
The didnt take him to the hospital because they wanted to question him....not pay tens of thousands of dollars for cat scans tests stitches set his nose etc and a couple days in the hospital.
They{paramedics} cleaned him up, stopped the bleeding then let the police have him.
Its pretty obvious he needed to go to the hospital...the fact they didnt take him is essentially intentional neglect.
let me guess....I am a zimmerbigot redneck for stating the obvious

But those "gashes" weren't serious enough to warrant a trip to the hospital, obviously someone qualified at the scene made that decision. I don't think it's a paramedic's place to determine whether or not the "victim" can afford care/tests comes into the equation.

Getting your head smashed hard enough on the cement causing multiple gashes is enough to warrant a trip to the hospital...as well as the broken nose.
But instead they gave him to the police....thats my whole point.

Had the police not wanted him for questioning he would have took a trip to the hospital

Health trumps questioning....if he really had life threatening injuries, regardless of the cost, he would have been taken in for treatment.

Obviously not in this case....again had the police not wanted him for questioning he would have went to the hospital for the nose alone.
Then toss in some open head wounds from head impacts..that is definitely grounds to go to the hospital.
Again the state didnt want to pay 10s of thousand of dollars on hospital bills as well as provide security for him.
Remeber the cops jobs
Additionally it puts them in a bad spot ..if he isnt under arrest he can walk out.

Oh sure, yeah, he could have gone, but luckily enough for him his injuries weren't life threatening and there was a choice available: to go to the cop shop or to go to emergency. If he truly had life-threatening injuries there would be no question, he would have been in the back of an ambulance on his way to the ER.

Again they took him in for questioning....rather than to the hospital.
A broken nose and open head woulds from impact with the cement require medical attention.
He was conscious..and didnt have a knife sticking in his gut...thats all they give a shit about.
You can bet your ass had that have been a cop he would have stayed in the hospital for a few days and would also be undergoing therapy and well as counseling etc.

Let me put it this way for you....had that been a child that received those injuries{from a fight} and the mother didnt take the kid to the hospital she would go to prison for not doing her responsibility.

If an employee received those injuries at work and the boss didnt provide it would be his ass.
Had he been in jail and got into a fight the same thing....the point is they didnt want to assume the responsibility...America doesnt have a free health care system...the bill would have been 10s of thousands of dollars
And again...the county would have had to pay the costs for his health care...and again he could have walked out if he wasnt under arrest...and again they wanted to question him..which is why they took him to the station cuffed up so he couldnt walk out.

What the hell are you blabbering about???

This was a WATCHMAN, hell he's practically one of their own. If they suspected anything but scraps and bruises they would have rushed his crime fighting ass to the nearest hospital with a police escort.

Do you really think that the state would risk a lawsuit by not taking him to the hospital if he needed it? If the paramedics did not give him a green light to go with the police, he would not have went, it's as simple as that. The police don't make that call, you are in freaking la la land if believe that they have any say in his medical treatment. That would have lawsuit written all over that.

The professionals at the scene determined his injuries were not serious enough to seek immediate medical treatment, therefore, there were not life-threatening injuries. Other scenarios don't come into play here.

You mean to tell me that in the state of Florida it is more important to look at the cost of treating an injury than to look at the actual treatment?

I mean it's clear Florida is the backwards asshole of the United States at this point but I agree...it makes no sense to assert the police left Zimmerman writing in pain near death needing serious medical attention so they could question him.

Just because you've expressed your opinion on the matter doesn't make it fact. You don't feel that the state would pay for a trip to emergency because the cops wanted to question him, yeah, I get that, you think that if he was a cop, he would have been treated differently, great, I get that too....but that's your opinion, your opinion has no bearing on this case. The facts are the facts, his injuries were not determined to be life-threatening by the professionals at the scene.

A broken nose and lacerations do require medical attention....but not immediate.

It has to be proven in court if he *felt* his life was in danger, the paramedics releasing him into police custody that night, to me, show one of 2 things, either he over-reacted or he lied.

That's what I'm trying to say....the paramedics on the scene would have their ass in a sling if he took some sort of turn for the worse while being questioned that night. It is their responsibility to determine the level of care necessary at that moment.

Thank you.:)
