Please detail exactly how the facts back Zimmerman's claims... because that's about the biggest lie I've heard come out of one of your many mouths thus far.
Zimmerman
Bashed head
Broken nose.
2 black eyes.
Injured back.
No mention of skinned knuckles.

Martin

Oh yeah, and that nasty fatal gunshot wound to the chest. Still doesn't change the fact that it wouldn't have happened if the dumbfuck had stayed in his goddamn car instead of playing cop.

In Florida a homicide case can be thrown out by a judge before trial because the defendant successfully invokes self-defense. The burden is on the prosecution to disprove the claim in order to bring charges, rather than do so in the trial.

A big problem for the prosecution is that the 911 call ended at about 7:05pm. Martin wasn't shot until about 7:25. He could have walked the entire neighborhood in that time. What was Martin doing for those 20 minutes if not tracking down Zimmerman?

True.
However we have some that want him to prove he his innocent rather than the state prove his guilt.
The case should get tossed at the preliminary

Objection, calls for speculation. We don't know what Martin's intention was. What we do know, however, is that if Zimmerfuck had stayed in his goddamn fucking car, he wouldn't be facing down murder charges right now. Funny how you guys keep fucking ignoring that very very very very very fucking simple concept.

You really don't pay attention to pesky things like facts and details, do you? Zimmerman hung up with the police dispatcher at 7:13:41pm, the first 911 call from the neighbors came in at 7:16pm, and the first officer was on the scene at 7:17pm.

Motive for murder? I'm not talking about motives or anything of the sort. I'm simply stating the very simple fact that if Zimmerman had stayed the fuck in his car and not followed Martin to begin with, he wouldn't be facing second degree murder charges right now.

Geez... none of the Zimmerman defenders around here appear to be very bright. At least not based on the things y'all are saying. I feel sorry for people that at least appear to be this unintelligent.

He is charged with murder...not for getting out of his vehicle.
How do you justify a murder charge?...or can you?

Uhh... how is that exactly? Funny how you've gone from agreeing with the ludicrous claim that Martin spent 20 minutes looking for Zimmerman to now saying that Martin ran and found him in about 2 minutes. You really are a never ending source of amusement... the shit you say and claim as fact is just so absurd that I almost can't believe that you're actually serious. Then when I realize that you are actually serious, I weep for the the human race.

I dont see anyone defending him..but rather a disgust for the system failing due to public pressure.
I dont think anyone here actually likes the guy to be honest...but he needs to be treated fairly

Way to completely ignore what I said once again. I'm not defending or justifying what he's charged with. What he's being charged with is second degree murder, and he wouldn't be facing those charges... or any other charges, if he had stayed the fuck in his car. Do you really not understand that? I'm genuinely curious now... or are you simply trying to throw around more straw men in order to distract from the actual facts.

Please try to disagree with this logic.

If Zimmerman had stayed in his car, then Martin would be alive, Zimmerman wouldn't have suffered those "horrific" injuries, and he also wouldn't be facing any criminal charges. Do you disagree with that assertion? If so, please detail why.

You've been defending the guy since day one. Hell, you even had his PayPal donation link in your signature, along with a statement saying that people should support him in his time of need. Nice try though, I genuinely get a kick out of you trying to weasel your way out of the things you've previously said.

I never agreed to 20 minutes..I am commenting on your statement in regard to the short time between when the call ended and the calls to 911 started.

Oh, and please detail exactly how Zimmerman isn't being treated fairly. He's been charged with a crime and he has an opportunity to defend himself in accordance with the legal system set forth in our Constitution. How is that unfair?

I highlighted the important word in your statement, just in case you forgot it already. True. Which implies that you agree with what was said, which is to say that 20 minutes elapsed from the time that Zimmerman hung up the phone with the police dispatcher and when he shot Martin. If you only wanted to agree with one portion of the statement, then you should have only quoted the one portion that you were agreeing with. Since you did not do so, we are left to understand that you agreed with the entire statement.

God, it's like taking candy from a baby.

I seriously almost feel bad matching "wits" with the Zimmerman defenders here... it's too damn easy, and totally and completely unfair to all of them.

He needs a fair shot..I am not defending him...I agree getting out of the car was stupid but he doesnt need to be charged with murder.
You seem to have no issues to the murder charge....You are defending martin through your actions however with unjust prejudice.{to the case} not racial prejudice
