I lost 6 lbs last month, which I'm skeptical about haha, waiting for it all to come back on in one week or something
October
Weight goal: Lose 4lbs (total goal: 101lbs lost, let's get that monkey off our back, shall we?)
Exercise goal: At least 10 minutes every day except Wednesdays (I work/school from 7am-11pm, I deserve a rest lol)
1- 5 hours of walking/shopping/cleaning
2- 40 minute walk
3- Planning on 10 minutes of weights/yoga
Something needs to be done about my laziness. Here's the deal. If I don't work out three times this week, I want Natasha to ban me from OTz for a few days. :willy_nilly:

LMFAO...it's funny b/c I'm totally right there w/ you. Looking at my face back in the day vs. now is like looking into some kind of funhouse mirror. OMG...I'm going to upload a pic for yall just so you can see. This is from 2007 when we had pictures made for our agency's "yearbook" as I call it. I showed it to Staci when she was here.
Doesn't that just suck??? I ate like total crap when Staci was here (seriously, like gyro and funnel cake and Steak N Shake frisco melt w/ chili cheese fires) and lost 3 pounds. WTF!?!?!?

By the way, totally slayed my goal this month already. All that security working the fair being on my feet and walking around for 6 hours or so...I'm already at 2640 minutes this month, LOL

And haha at the weight loss, it's amazing how that works. You really can rev up your metabolism sometimes with a cheat weekend, it seems. Not too many, of course

I don't have any pre-weight loss pictures past my shoulders at all, but I remember very clearly a picture of me sitting on a medicine ball in my XXL Steelers hoodie (yanno, they make things SO small for women, ya right lady denial city) amd thinking "@@__@@ wtf is that me? I look like the medicine ball!" Wish I had that picture now.
Thanks, I'm hoping it's soon! Overall this year wasn't what I'd hoped, I've only lost 31lbs, but I'm just glad I didn't end up gaining.
