Such the pessimist.
Who .... me? :24:
Define "accept" in this context.
Are you fucking kidding me?

I'd bet your wrong on that point. I don't think there are as many small minded people here that you think there are.
It's funny that you used the word 'accept' what exactly are you accepting? The fact that people are allowed to live their life as they see fit?
And you have made it perfectly clear where you stand on homosexuality. I just find it funny that you feel that it concerns you at all.
and you'd come to realize that all of their explanations would be utterly retarded and ridiculousI could name you at least a dozen without even batting an eye and you know it. You can deny it all you want but there is still a great percentage of the population in N.A. that are not very open to the " gay " thing. Don't believe me.... do an anonymous poll within your own tight circle of friends, co-workers and family. You'll find out soon enough.

:confused No.Are you fucking kidding me?
:confused No.
There are lots of levels of acceptance.
As far as "accepting" homosexual behavior, what's acceptable?
When you say " I'd be willing to bet there's a shitload of people on this site that don't accept their behavior but don't have the guts to say so," what level of acceptance are you referring to?
- Holding hands in public?
- looking lovingly into each other's eyes at a romantic restaurant?
- A little smooch in the park?
- Cohabiting?
- Walking down the street with one's hand in the other's back pocket? Front pocket?
- Cuddling in a horse-drawn carriage?
- Playing tongue tonsil tennis at a bus stop?
- regaling the coworkers with the previous night's sexual adventures?
- Coming to a family reunion as a couple?
- Being a dinner guest with the family?
- Sleeping over?
- Having sex in the guest room?
- Having loud sex in the guest room?
- Having sex in other parts of the house, such as the kitchen table?
- Swimming naked in the pool or hot tub as a couple?
- Regaling the family with the previous night's sexual adventures over breakfast?
:confused No.
I made the offer to Tim and I'll make the same one to you.....We can discuss it face to face if you want. It's the only way I could ensure ya'll have the wax out of your ears so you can hear everything I would have to say. When can I expect to pick you up at the airport?

I like your style, even if you are Canadian
I would suggest however that you at least split the air fare.
I'm a little perplexed at your comment.
I'd like to think that both you and I realize that the written word can be misconstrued at times when trying to convey your intent over the internet.
Thank you. Exactly my point. That whole list applies to hetro sexuals too. It's when you don't have a problem with hetro sexual people doing some of those things but have a problem with gay people doing them that there's a homophobic problem.
I don't see any reason for you to be so defensive. I'm pretty sure we agree on this, for the most part. I tossed you a softball (which Pete knocked out of the park), but you're so suspicious of a trap you try a dodge instead of simply posting an honest response. Why should you care if Tim or I (polar opposites on many matters, btw) understand or even agree with you? State your case or not; no need for the posturing. :shrug:I made the offer to Tim and I'll make the same one to you.....We can discuss it face to face if you want. Misconstrued? A face to face invite over the internet to discuss a heated, emotional topic most often means a challenge to a fist fight that the challenging party knows will never happen. That's what it looks like to me.?
Funny, honestly, a "fist fight" never crossed my mind.
For a man to have a strong enough conviction to take the time and money and exchange ideas with someone honestly impresses me (not that impressing me matters to anyone on this forum LOL).
Both men in question give me the impression that they are at least past 40 years of age and are self sufficient (Guyzerr and Tim). I would like to think that any man past 30 years of age who has achieved some success in his life has come to the realization that physical violence in their personal lives will accomplish nothing, and if anything taking a course of physical violence may have a negative impact on their lives (hospital bills and court costs / time are the first outcomes that come to mind).
I really hated it when they did that.I like your style, even if you are Canadian

You think he wants to go to dinner and box tonsils with Tim or what?
Thank you. Exactly my point.
