I wonder if they have solved the issue that I read where they are trying to turn off the cells (pixels) to where they are transparent when off

google oled transparent

I am not aware of them having done this if I rember correctly there are a few types of OLED and the transparent versions are not really transparent but something like 85% transparent due to the technology. They would probably be better off emitting a pseudo transparency, basically projecting what is on the otherside to make the user think it is transparent lol.

an outdated Droid Razr Maxx that's almost 2 1/2 years old...due to upgrade to a Droid Ultra in a few weeks

Read yesterday the mega 2 will be smaller than the original mega..I think it is going to be 5.8 or 5.9 inches..the current mega is 6.3 in the states...better get one while they last.

I can get 8 to 9 hours of indoor actual usage

4 hours and 22 minutes with the screen on and used the half the battery..mainly consisted of texting surfing and a little gaming

Was considering going to the Galaxy S5, but couldn't decide. That is, until a friend of mine posted on FB asking if anybody had an iPhone they would sell him bc his new Galaxy S5 was a POS. Keeping the phone I have for a little longer. I'll upgrade when I feel the need to.

I would rather have a note 3 than a galaxy 5..I do know people that do have good luck with the galaxy 5..but the notes have the pen.
The mega doesnt use a pen..but with a screen this size a person can live without it

I used to want a note but felt the screen was too large.

Now an idea of the size of my hands and you can see why it is hard to type on small phones.
I was going to hang my johnson over it..but didnt want to hear the word horrendous again
