Liberty yes. But by doing so, he's taking responsibility for his actions and whatever repercussions there may be.

So if you had a prowler outside and called dispatch and they told you to not look out the window....you are involved in the crime if you do look out the window?

You're severely lacking in reading comprehension skills, aren't you? He was told be a representative of the police department that they did not need him to follow Martin. Honestly, why is that such a difficult concept for you to understand?

Where was he ordered by police to not follow...Who was the officer what was the exact command..and was the command within the rights of the officer

You're being deliberately obtuse and offering up examples that aren't similar to the situation at hand. That's called a red herring, and I suggest that you stop using them, because they make you look sorely unintelligent.

How is that an order?

I didn't fucking say that he was ordered to do or not to do anything. Stop acting like a goddamn idiot, for the love of God. I said that requests and/or orders from a representative of a law enforcement agency have the weight of that agency behind them. Not specifically in this situation, but in any situation. Have I dumbed it down sufficiently enough for you or do I have to resort to language that a first grader could understand? You and AEF should be the charter members of the OTz "Act like a fucking idiot" in discussions club.

it is not clear if Zimmerman followed Trayvon after the 9/11 person told him not to.

Oh, and The man, I wouldn't bother with Retro he accuses you of things and then does them later on in the discussion and then resorts to calling you things

sort of cute

It doesn't matter... he continued to follow him after a law enforcement representative told him that they didn't need him to. His actions can be directly linked to the end result.

That is a slippery slope though.

And I am referring to only the comment in bold

Not at all..how would I be committing a crime by looking out the window

If you boss told you that the company didn't need you to do something that could be dangerous, and you did it anyway, you could and probably should be reprimanded for terminated for your disregard of the statement by your boss. The implication is obvious for anyone that has or decides to even use half a brain.

Looking out a window and following someone are two totally and completely different concepts. Now stop acting like a fucking idiot, or I'm just gonna lump you in with AEF and the rest of the people that act like fucktards around here.

Zimmerman followed Martin around, at night. That alone could be construed as a threatening action by Zimmerman against Martin. His actions directly contributed to the ensuing confrontation, regardless of who initiated it.

Retro gets to decide who talks around here, okay guys

I don't decide, I'm merely making very strong suggestions that people either stop acting like fucking idiots or they actually contribute something of value, rather than rhetoric, red herrings, and other misleading statements.

Where is the order "we do not see you to do" that is not an order

The order, or request if you will is implied in the statement. Honestly, this is like debating with a child. You need to take into account the circumstances and context of the situation. Pretty simple concept to understand.

So see that is not what is happening here

you take things you disagree with and name them those things because you're so utterly convinced that Zimmerman is an SS Obersturmführer that you cannot possibly think otherwise.

Zimmerman called dispatch because he was being followed and Martin was approaching his vehicle

How about this, you stop telling me what I think and start paying attention to the things that I've directly said. I don't know what happened... I don't claim to know what happened. All I really know is that there seem to be some pretty big inconsistencies in Zimmerman's story when you apply facts that are known to it.

He called 911 because he saw a "suspicious subject" walking around the neighborhood in the dark, because there had been burglaries in the neighborhood recently.
