Zimmerman has the right to see where martin went.

It was an implied request by a representative of a law enforcement agency, therefore it had the weight of that agency behind it. Just as if your boss had told you the same thing and you did it anyway, you could be terminated for your actions... because the request or order was implied in the original statement.

Sure, Zimmerman had the right to stalk Martin if he felt like it, but he took his safety into his own hands by doing so. If you had someone following you around in the dark, wouldn't you feel threatened and possibly confront that person and ask them why they were following them?

I love how you're absolving Zimmerman of all guilt and placing 100% of the blame for what happened on Martin.

If you can't see the difference, then there's no point in trying to reason with you. You're unwilling to accept or consider anything that might be contrary to the decision that you've already made.

He called 911 because he saw a "suspicious subject" walking around the neighborhood in the dark, because there had been burglaries in the neighborhood recently.

Zimmerman followed Martin around, at night. That alone could be construed as a threatening action by Zimmerman against Martin. His actions directly contributed to the ensuing confrontation,regardless of who initiated it.

In the case of Zimmerman and Martin NOBODY knows how they really confronted each other.

The girl friends phone does not mean anything in that regard. One version is Zimmerman followed the kid and Martin questioned Zimmerman. Another version is Martin caught Zimmerman by surprise.

I personally don't bye the argument Martin attacked him going back to the car. My guess is Zimmerman kept following. Which aint a crime. What the fuck is somebody on watch supposed to do when presented with something not right in his mind.
