Oh I see you can prove that the Pope was involved with that? Also, according UN law, you can't arrest a head of state...or it maybe the Geneva convention. But even if you could, can you prove that was involved? If you can't, why arrest him and not the priests and bishops involved?

I apologize if I've offended your Catholic sensibilities, but proof is not required, only compelling evidence which is in abundance for anyone with a neutral outlook. Put it in front of a Grand Jury. You've got 30+ years of pedophile priests being shuffled around to offend again. How could this have possibly happened without the consent of the hierarchy? One can make a compelling argument why that is so this time. The interesting thing is that the UN does not consider him the Head of State. Britain however does treat him as Head of State so he is immune from prosecution etc.
