Religious Inconsistencies

So if I'm reading this properly.... if you believe in God, then you're a stupid fucking idiot with a diminished mental capacity. Wow.

I mean think about it... If I was walking around proclaiming the virtues of Zeus, would you think me sane? How about any of the other gods out there...

So what makes it okay to believe in some gods and not others? Why should a Christian be taken any more seriously than a Scientologist?

I think people should believe whatever they choose to believe. If they want to worship the Flying Spaghetti Monster, then more power to them. I don't share their beliefs, but you're not going to see me calling them a fucking idiot (or something similar). I might engage them in a philosophical discussion about their beliefs and why they have chosen the FSM as their deity.

My comment has to do with the attitude that Johnnyboy takes towards everyone that doesn't share his "enlightened" views about... well just about everything. It's absurd to treat people like that... and there's no point in even attempting to have an actual debate, because he resorts to personal attacks, name calling, insults, and hyperbole. He has no interest in "debate", he just wants to insult everyone he disagrees with.

On the other hand, people like yourself are at least interested in an intelligent discussion about things.

Anyone with some degree of intelligence would realize that the more people involved within an organization, you increase the chances that the organization in question may "wonder off" it's original purpose as to why it was founded in the first place.

That my friends, is the nature of people, NOT God LOL

Nothing like a good old game of "telephone" that is played throughout the centuries ... hehe
