It'd only be for this Wales and Ghana games really, he's still the captain, just not for this round of games.

His drug test also had nothing to do with it, nice trolling attempt though. I personally don't care who's captain because a) it was tarnished as an honour in 2003 when there was like 6 different captains in one match and b) I don't give nearly enough of a shit about England to worry who wears an armband. The only thing I watch out for during international breaks is our players coming back uninjured.

Speaking of ex-england captains, Bryan Robson is being treated for a cancerous tumor in his throat, thankfully the treatment is going well and he's still able to work, get well soon Bryan.

H e was given the captaincy after he forgot to take a drugs test, I hardly think that has anything to do with it. He's more upset because the news was broken to him via Cappello bleating in the media. A complete shambles! Anyway, I'd rather Rio as captain than a guy who shags his team mates girlfriends and is involved in dodgy deals.

Final Champions League second round games tonight, Real Madrid beat Lyon 3-0 at the Bernabeu to win 4-1 on aggregate, Marcelo, Benzema and Di Maria scored while Chelsea drew 0-0 at home to Copenhagen and win 2-0 on aggregate. The draw on Friday should be quite tasty, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Tottenham, Man United, Inter Milan, Schalke and Shaktar Donesk.

The winners of the Inter game would play the winners of our game. The winners of the Real Madrid game would play the winners of the Barcelona game. Barca/Real is a possibility. I like our draw, I think we'll win it.
