They were in the grass when he shot him, not on the sidewalk. So how can he be bashing his head into the sidewalk when he got shot?

And if he wasn't bashing his head into the sidewalk at the time, I guess it wasn't self defense... right?

And he wasn't shot half on and half off the sidewalk, he was away from the sidewalk and in the grass.
So how did they get over there with Martin still on top bashing his head into the sidewalk?

This is true. Considering Zimmerman is latino also I don't see how that makes him racist. Anyone who has been to where he was talking about knows there is a problem with Mexican gangs so being Mexican would fit the description of the gang members. One of Zimmerman's neighbors said crimes in his present neighborhood had been committed by young black men. That isn't profiling as much as a desription of someone.

If there are Mexicans actually doing what he said he is simply stating objective facts. He is saying that he doesn't miss having to avoid them.

If you see someone of a certain group committing a crime you are supposed to look away. That way you won't be profiling them. Certain groups want to have license to do whatever they want without even being questioned.

That is an interesting point and true. A person's ethnicity or skin color is a part of the description used by police to identify someone. It doesn't mean people are being profiled because of their skin color. People who live in that neighborhood have said crimes were committed in the past by young men that fit TM's description. It is only natural to be suspicious of anyone fitting the same description and acting suspicious. Saying GZ profiled TM is quite the stretch.
