Oh the irony.

I've looked at the pic several times and haven't changed my opinion.
A statement was given by someone OTHER THAN Zimmerman? From someone that can describe Martin firmly holding Zimmerman's head and repeatedly forcing it into the ground?
Like I said...I've been falling behind on this in the news....
Like I said, the bond was set at $150,000 and Zimmerman only needed to pay $15,000 (or 10%) which he will not get back.
Zimmerman had the option of paying the full $150,000 if he had it, then he wouldn't lose the $15,000 when he shows up for court. That $15,000 that was paid to a bondsman to guarantee that he shows and if he doesn't the full amount of $150,000 will be paid to the court by the bondsman...
So there was no reduction in bond to Zimmerman, none. He was required to come up with a $150,000 bond
Martin has been placed on Zimmerman by others yes..but I dont think the statements include grabbing head though
Sure it does in a murder trial....Defendants in murder are a high flight risk and can make the state look rather bad if an accused murderer disappears.
No evidence equates to low flight risk which is why the bond is so low and only required 10 percent of that.
There is no case Tim
Damn- even the "bugglettes" are Zimmerbots.
You Zimmerbigots have found some good company. :24:
The defense was very pleased with the hearing...for sure. You are correct again. The bond hearing was huge for the defense. Investigator Dale Gilbreath testified that he does not know whether Martin or Zimmerman threw the first punch and that there is no evidence to disprove Zimmerman’s contention he was walking back to his vehicle when confronted by Martin. The affidavit says “Zimmerman confronted Martin and a struggle ensued.”
So what did they go on assumption?
The prosecution has admitted they have no proof of their claims in the affidavit. They asked for 1 million dollar bond or refusal of bond because they claim Zimmerman was a threat and needed to be locked up. They got neither. Instead the bond is a fraction of what they asked for so they failed to prove Zimmerman as being "a danger".
The defense was very pleased with the hearing...for sure.
No evidence of a murder being committed and the state pretty much verifying such.
They were?
They asked that the bond be set at $15,000 and the judge set it 10 times higher at $150,000... yeah that must be exactly what they wanted.
Whats the latest conspiracy theory John?

Will be interesting to watch the court case.I'd have to say that the police department have made it very difficult for a clear judgement in either direction.
The media is the reason this case is a mess..and the only reason he was arrested...there is no evidenceThe media doesn't matter. Even in America, I think you'll find there are rules concerning what can and can't be used as evidence.

Ok tro.The State of Florida disagrees with you. When you consider just how high profile this case is... making or trumping up evidence would be just as damaging as if they hadn't done anything. The last I knew, you weren't privy to the details of the case or how they came to the conclusion that they did. If there wasn't enough evidence to try him, his lawyers could have requested an immediate dismissal of the case, but they didn't... and the judge obviously deemed that there was enough evidence to try Mr. Zimmerman for the crime of murderer in the second degree. You appear to have been blinded by your apparent infatuation with the man.
It would be a sick, sick sick community that didn't properly investigate the killing of one man by another.
Your persistent assertion that Zimmerman is a saint is nauseating. It's every bit as ignorant and evil as wanting to string him up without trial.
