Between darkness and wonder
Actually, if he really is trying to find out of Gods existance and not trying to stir up some debate, then he would. The proof is in her faith, which is why you'll never get an answer that satisfies you.

Awesome!I don't like religious debates though. I am a Christian, like I said in another thread, but it's personal to me. I can't prove God exists, I just believe in him. It doesn't run my life that much because I would try to be a good person whether I was religious or not, and if God doesn't like what I do with my life then I guess I'll go to hell.
Way too many people get up in arms over what shouldn't affect life like it does. It's a place to go (or not go) when you die. Why can't we stop worrying about how we got here and focus on what we do while we're here? Believe what you want and be a good person.
No, we have more than enough proof to show that God exists. I wonder why Atheists think that God doesn't exist. I mean, we are all humans trying to find the right way. We know for a fact that God exists because of the feelings and emotions we have. If there wasn't a God and we were made from whatever, we wouldn't have emotions, we would be like robots. It's a living being that gave us our feelings and emotions, and that living being is none other than God. Humans should be smart enough to have realized by now that God does exist. What we should be debating is which is the right religion instead of debating that existance of God.
Please don't take offense, but I know of no logical or empirical proof of God. Because we have emotions does not prove God exists. Is that line of reasoning promoted in religious circles I wonder?
And regarding knowing what is the "right" religion, we're never going to know that either until we die, or God makes a grand entrance into the earthly plain and straightens mankind out. And instead of one religion being "right", many could be "right" or all of them could be "wrong". Or you know what- he might not even care what religion you belong to as long as you live a moral life. There's just no way to tell.
One of the biggest irritants of religious people, is when they tell you if you don't believe like they do, your going to burn in Hell. But what if they were wrong, then what? :eek
"Imagine a puddle waking up one morning and thinking, 'This is an interesting world I find myself in -- 'an interesting hole I find myself in' -- fits me rather neatly, doesn't it? In fact it fits me staggeringly well, must have been made to have me in it!' This is such a powerful idea that as the sun rises in the sky and the air heats up and as, gradually, the puddle gets smaller and smaller, it's still frantically hanging on to the notion that everything's going to be alright, because this world was meant to have him in it, was built to have him in it; so the moment he disappears catches him rather by surprise. I think this may be something we need to be on the watch out for." ~ Douglas Adams

No. We know which religion is right after reviewing it and understanding it. I.e. there are 3 different words, 2 are misspelled and one is right. I think humans are smart enough to realize which one is right.

HUH? Which one is right?
Islam ofcourse.

Islam of course.
Ok. Read over what I said. Did I say ISlam is the right religion for all of you? I just said that Islam is right. I think it's obvious that I was stating my opinion. With all due respect, you cannot state that yours IS right. The entire argument about belief in God being faith based just got slung into the toilet.
If you can have faith that your religion is right for you, then others have that same privilege. Stating that your religion is the right one is presumptuous and borders on disrespecting the others who have faith as well as you do.
Rethink that statement.
:spank:

Well. I did study it. I found that there is nothing wrong in it. Everything in the Quran is right.:wtf: How did you come up with Islam being correct over all other religions and non religions?
