I believe...God is a man

*edited*

He doesn't exist, because there's no evidence. You're not going to get your answer from the bible, either. It's filled with a bunch of lies and shit. It's a useless source. Christians claim they see God as a person, but they got no "proof" of it. Anybody idiot can say that, but proof is the key here.

I haven't seen this god create miracles or any other crazy stuff like that. He doesn't exist. Christians live in a fairytale.

Watch your language.
You say that God didn't create miracles, well what about the miracle of the creation of earth or birth? It's you who live in a fairytale just so you can make your life easier. Pathetic.

Oh shut up and stop boring the shit out of me, Christian. You have no evidence that a God created people. Get your head out of the damn bible already. You're being brainwashed.

Ok.
1. Who told you I'm Christian?
2. I DO have evidence.
3. I have a bit of adivce for you too, get your head outta your ass before you fill it up with more shit.

1. Your argument makes it so fucking obvious.
2. No you don't. Show it to me...visually. You can't, so shut up...
3. Lame.

Although we can understand some of His attributes,
So you move the goal posts! One minute he inconceivable to the human mind and the next we can understand some of his attributes...which is it?

Why are you assuming that there was a "creation." You note that the universe exists and then immediately jump to the conclusion that there was a time when it didn't exist. How do you know that the universe hasn't always existed? You first need to provide evidence that there was a time when the universe didn't exist before we can discuss who or what created it.

I DO have evidence.
Then produce it please.
....and no, you can't use the Bible as evidence..... unless you can show that the Bible is anything other than fable, fiction and fraud.

Ok, obviously there WAS a creation because that big bang theory is wrong. The Big Bang and Redshift Theories Have Many Big Flaws, Errors and Problems.
I am not Chiristain, thus I wont give you anything from the Bible.

Although we can understand some of His attributes, His essence cannot be comprehended by a human's limited mental capacity. God has created mankind primarily so that they may know their creator through his creations.

This comment is made to be thought provoking, not adversarial...

When you look at when the concept of god was first perceived, man was at his most primitive state and very superstitious. Is there a possibility that man created the concept of god to help make sense of his existence?

Fucking moron.

You seem to have missed the humor in my reply. That said, you cannot prove God exists, empircally, but I infer his existence and believe on a personal level. I do not expect nor demand my word for it, decide for yourself, its your choice

Also, I am the farthest thing from a moron there is. I actually believe I am a fairly intelligent person, as do those who know me

No, we have more than enough proof to show that God exists. I wonder why Atheists think that God doesn't exist. I mean, we are all humans trying to find the right way. We know for a fact that God exists because of the feelings and emotions we have. If there wasn't a God and we were made from whatever, we wouldn't have emotions, we would be like robots. It's a living being that gave us our feelings and emotions, and that living being is none other than God. Humans should be smart enough to have realized by now that God does exist. What we should be debating is which is the right religion instead of debating the existance of God.

all religions are bassicaly the same, especially the three big ones, and there is no proof for god, I would like to see your evidence

Creationist arguments tend to be pretty poetic but it assumes a lot. For example, I can't even count how many times I've been told that evolution makes life meaningless, like you need God to have purpose. But that's not to say that evolutionists don't spout their own bullshit too.

I don't like religious debates though. I am a Christian, like I said in another thread, but it's personal to me. I can't prove God exists, I just believe in him. It doesn't run my life that much because I would try to be a good person whether I was religious or not, and if God doesn't like what I do with my life then I guess I'll go to hell.

Way too many people get up in arms over what shouldn't affect life like it does. It's a place to go (or not go) when you die. Why can't we stop worrying about how we got here and focus on what we do while we're here? Believe what you want and be a good person.
