Seeing both have a "record" of my application and legit high security clearance I guess by your definition it means I served.

You might have a legal record with state, local or even feds on those drug charges......but if you weren't inducted, you didn't serve ......and there just isn't any reason to have a military record on you.....
I'm pretty sure there's a record on my induction rejection on file somewhere, but that's not a military record of service......

What makes it worse stone is whether i served or not wasnt anyones business...certainly not in relation to my statement of "at least McCain wasnt out lieing saying it was over a video"....whether I served or not doesnt matter in regard to my statement.
