Anyone notice a pattern?...:D

Yup

You still don't get that waterboarding was deemed legal by the AG

That may be morally repugnant to some

But that was not the issue

Slavery was also considered legal for many years after this country was formed

Do you want to make slave owners back before the civil war guilty of a crime?

As I said it may suck but it was legal as determined by the AG. And as you have stated regarding other things. Tough shit. The law is the law. You don't like it then change it.

And change it means either stopping the practice, making it illegal or having a court order it illegal.

AA....are you arguing for the continued use of torture on the grounds it is as acceptable as slavery was in past history?

The tough shit is that your argument is a defacto argument for torture..... and morality and ethics are irrelevant in the eyes of the law.

That is a TM argument.

Not at all

While it legally may have not been torture at the time....it needs to be illegal now.

I suspect you will miss this again...how many times is that now stone...about 10?

You posted that, yes.......and you still support the use of torture.
That's what I've been pointing out about your character all along......you aren't honest with the forum.

Your words in this thread show you lie.
