Credible critics of the official account of 9/11

And, you chemical buffs, there is a difference between what is produced with a welding rod, and Thermite that is created for purpose.

I think you might need to go back and do some research on what steel beams are welded with.....Just a suggestion. And if whomever built the towers is reputable there is a dossier of materials sheets up to and including the rods that were used to weld the beams with. In my industry, that is documentation that follows the construction around for the entirety of its life.

Welding filler/material, temperatures etc. play a huge part in what is used for an investigation after a failure. Residue left behind by welding rods is minimal, and of the welds were buffed then it's practically non-existent.

And the residue left behind isn't combustible anyhow.

I don't think that anyone here is saying it's an inside job. At least I don't think that.
But I do have a lot of questions on certain points that just don't make sense. And asking those questions does not mean I am some conspiracy nut, it only means that I have questions.

As far as the collapse of WTC7... The NIST report has been shot full of holes by structural engineers. The raw data that was used for the NIST modeling has not been released and will not be released. The original blueprints for the building have gone missing.

None of them were federal buildings, were they? Even if they were, they probably leased them. Who owned them? Who would benefit from the buildings coming down?

Who would benefit ultimately, is someone who needed a motivation to invade a country.

Go back and research the Kennedy administration and look at the plan the CIA had to begin killing civilians in large US cities to justify invading Cuba:eek

The plan WAS in place, Kennedy shot it down...Shut the whole project down lock stock and barrel

 so why such a stretch to believe it could/would be done again. I'll put my hand up...and you can call me a nut job all you want.....I reckon it WAS an inside job. THERE....I said it.

Ya know, I had a guy in my line the other night who was saying it was an inside job and the woman I was checking out who was from Canada was seconding him as if it's common knowledge everywhere but here in America.... Funny what people bring up when they are waiting on line to buy cheap crap made in China.....

I haven't heard about that, but it was pretty clear that Washington allowed the attack on Pearl Harbor. Maybe they allowed the 9/11 hijackings. Still doesn't explain the other building collapse. Another the problem in this case was that we didn't invade the country Bush wanted to invade, and he used different justification to invade Iraq.

An unfortunate side effect of a free society is that free speech leads to free association. That's why there will ALWAYS be conspiracy theories linked to any significant event, whether it be 9/11, or the moon landing, or Katrina, or the Bay of Pigs. Hell, I've heard conspiracy theories concerning the sad state of NFL teams. People who feed into these kinds of things lead sad pathetically boring lives, and need to spice things up a bit. They are to be pitied, but they will protest loudly when you do so.

Yep...you hit the nail on the head there:sarcasm......you know them ALL personally do you?.

Of course there is no evidence....it wouldnt have been very well planned if they had left evidence now would it.:ninja (unless it was evidence to point the finger AWAY from them).
You're getting yourself wrapped up in fantasies.

What got me wondering is the "collapse" of building 7.

YouTube - wtc 7 collapse

If that dont look like a controlled demolition, I dont know what does.
I would like to thank those brave souls that went in there and did months work of demolition setup in hours in a burning building.
Ah the unsung heroes.:smiley24:
Um, do you know how much work it is to set proper demolition charges? It requires Weeks if not months of loud, noise, dirty preparation consisting of hundreds of people. It would have gotten noticed.

Does anyone have any information about the pools of molten iron in the debris? Has anyone tried to explain this?
Even the largest of buildings that have been demolished didn't have molten iron due to the collapse.

So where did it come from?

My point exactly. You missed the sarcasm .

So you think that building 7 came down so perfectly without any "help"?
Now who is living in a fantasy?

See, this is why I hesitated to join this forum, bunch of whiners, with a leader that believes conspiracies. I think I'll just go back to playing the Arcade without signing in.:surrender

C'ya:waving: *thinks....what a sad pitiful life.....lumping all that question, and dont mindlessly believe into one basket...... and playing arcade games*
