i just read somewhere that eliptical machines...well pretty much any machine...lies to you about how many cals. burned. They say the only accurate measure is if you buy a heart rate monitor.
trance, i usually do about 130 rpm on the elipitical at lvl 5. I likes to go FAST and get more miles in rather than increase resistance and go slow. Most of my workout music is about 125-130BPM because it's all trancey dance stuff, I don't really listen to it outside of the gym anymore, but it's good "pump you up" music!
