Have to disagree with you there Sparky. The "burden of proof" is on the person making the claim, i.e. 'God exists' to prove that his claim is true.

but in the arts, philosophy and spirituality it is the other way around. The reason for this I see is, outward needs to be proved, the inward needs to be disproved, you cannot prove matters of the soul, only disprove the ignorances that made them, .
