I like the title of this thread. Especially the part that says "if you had a choice".
Why do you like it?
The OP is suggesting there is no choice. Do you think a person can choose a faith?

And where is that suggestion made? Considering the majority of people I know are not members of the religion or faith (or lack thereof) they grew up with, I'd say the answer is a resounding yes.

Wow, that seems unusual to me. Most the people I know still believe the religion they believed as a child. I know people who have changed sects within their religion. But I don't know very many who have changed religions.
