gangster culture is prevelent in white society too, even in the UK.

In the UK it's an accepted fact that young black males disproportionately commit more crimes than their white counterparts. It's also accepted that this has nothing to do with race, or culture, but more inequality and the impoverished areas in which they live in, coupled with the struggle against racism they face just trying to live a normal life.

The UK, as far as countries go is pretty tolerant, but there's a lot of racism still around.

There are more poor whites in the US than any other race, did you know that? Where are all of the white gangs that have tens of thousands of members across the country? There aren't any.


Also, how come there weren't any large black gangs before the late 1970s when racism and racial violence were at an all time high?


People always talk about racism, but they are never specific. They feel like they can just say "Oh, its because of racism!" But, in what way?

Now see that's racist. Poor white people commit crime too. It has nothing to do with culture or creed.

Yet there are no massive, white gangs that are responsible for like, 80% of the crime in major cities. Why? There are plenty of poor whites that face discrimination as well.

No fucking way. There is no way you could EVER say that poor white people have to face "the same everything" as poor black people when there are people like yourself judging them by skin colour. Do you realise how much racism the average black person would face in their life? How could you possibly say that?

Sorry for getting angry but racism is an issue I've had to cope with before and it is unacceptable, totally unacceptable.

Actually economic discrimination is far more prevalent than racial discrimination.

I'm told that today's youth are more enlightened than we were, but I see that's not really true. People still color-code people to either lump them all together as bad people or to use it to explain why they really aren't to blame for bad behavior.

For the love of all that may or may not be fucking holy, PLEASE try looking at a criminal and realize that he committed a crime because he decided to do what he wanted to do and damn the consequences. I know it requires more brainwork and is a bit inconvenient at times, but it really is worth the effort.

First off, thank you for correcting my point.

Second of all, Eva-- Swarthymouse was technically correct in that black people commit more crimes than white people, but I do not think that he was making an attempt to justify the point that all black people are criminals, as that is preposterous.

And I agree with that, however it is hard to completely disregard the color when the government has instituted things like hate crimes that are largely dependent on race.
