doesn't matter - it's anectodatal evidence and not the basis of anything scientificalated that you were so previously fond of until it suited you in this thread to toss it aside and all of a sudden start using something else as a basis for your obtuse opinions.
No....its actually fact that most people who suffer heart attacks have high stress lives.

I didn't toss aside anything. You asked a silly question that only needed a common sense answer. Going into the exact sciences behind it were a waste of time for something so obvious.

"scientificalated" isn't a word.

Humans are omnivores.....

Next?

Oh and you ever wondered why to stay healthy as a Vegan it takes so much work? It's because we are designed to eat plants and meats, that's why.

Personally I think it goes against the very fibre from which man was developed.

and carrots have feelings too......asshole:D
We're not...talking about vegans? We're talking about vegetarians.

No, actually humans evolved to be either. Omnivores or herbivores.

I don't see why it goes against the "fiber from which man was developed".

you're putting me on the clock, AEF...:(

Right back at you.

We have evolved to the point where in order to eat alfalfa sprouts to survive, we have to eat vitamins to prevent anemia, supplement calcium and protiens that come naturally from eating like omnivores?

What did Darwin whisper something in your ear after a peyote button or something:unsure:

Funny how vegetarians can get all of that from vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy products, legumes and seeds? Meat is a totally optional food. You don't need it to be healthy. Any dietitcian and nutritionist will confirm this.

Then bring them in here and confirm it and quit tossing around your opinions and "common sense" [/oxymoron] like they're bedrock fact

:24:

My sister okay okay okay, she's an extremeist, she's vegan.

You have any ide how many calories, and supplements she has to take to keep from getting sick?

I think a real dietician (meaning not some birkenstock, patchouli smelling idiot) that told me that man can live entirely free from meat by eating seaweed would probably get a tomato thrown at him/her

Then you of course could eat the said thrown article for dinner.......With some Grape Nuts:D

Ron...Have I hugged you today?

....again we're not talking about vegans. Do you know the difference between veganism and vegetarianism? Veganism IS dangerous. Vegetarianism isn't as long as you get b-12 from dairy.

There have been people living as vegetarians for thousands of years and they have healthier, longer lives than people with diets high in meat. MEAT IS TOTALLY OPTIONAL. You can get everything your body needs from plants, fruits and so on, along with dairy to get B-12. Nothing unhealthy there.

prove it. Scientifically.
Actually, you have contradicted yourself because earlier you were saying that eating meat causes heart attacks and now you've said something different because it suits you to do so...

you've tossed my feelings aside, and it hurt me. :cool
Silly is as silly does. You think my questions are silly because you deem them so. I say they are not because the shine light on your inconsistent and argumentative nature.

"scientificalated" isn't a word.
gee, I didn't know that.

I do in fact know the difference, I simply do not condone either.

I do not judge either, it's just not an option I ever see as viable for me.....Not unless we eat the cow into extinction......Cause they taste LIP SMACKING GOOD:D

Do I need to link you to that Oxford study again where it says I'm right?

I'm not contradicting my self. I said that meat can lead to heart attacks because of the high cholesterol, its a heart attack supplement, if you will. Stress however, is one of the more major causes of heart attacks and strokes.

you're not getting off that easily, Ronald. HOW do you know this?

You don't. You're just throwing it out there as fact because you wantonly do that when it suits you, and then when you find something you disagree with, you put yourself at the middle of the tempest by saying, "I dismiss thee because thou hath no facts and science to convinceth me otherwise!"

And you do it all the time...

I can see not condoning veganism...but vegetarianism is totally safe and healthy.
