Not to mention if they are right and this Zimmerman wasnt acting in self defense..we will never hear the end of it.
But most importantly..A young man would have not died that evening unjustifiably

If YOU are the reason for the confrontation, then you can't claim self defense. Right?

I mean if I started to pursue you and it turned into a confrontation, could I then claim self defense? Wouldn't I be the cause of the fight? So how the hell can I say I was only acting in self defense?????

Don't you have a right to protect yourself if some started chasing you down????

You will have to define pursue...trying to see where the guy went is not causing a confrontation.
Wouldn't I be the cause of the fight?
If you presented yourself as a threat yes...this hasn't been established
Don't you have a right to protect yourself if some started chasing you down???
It hasnt been shown he chased after him.

Go listen to the 911 tapes. Not only did he follow him, he ran after him. This is NOT in dispute unless you think the 911 calls were faked before they released them.

Martin walked past Zimmerman in his car, looked at Zimmerman to see who it was, continued walking after not recognizing him. Then Zimmerman opened the car door and started to follow Martin. Martin started to run and Zimmerman ran after him.
Now all of this is on the 911 tape, these are the facts and you can here it for yourself below. Listen to it several times and tell me where I'm wrong.

So you think it's ok that he sat in his car at night, followed him when he walked by, then ran after him when he tried to run away??? It seems to me that Martin did everything to avoid a confrontation, doesn't it?

And do you really thing an unarmed kid weighing 140 pounds got the better of a 28 year old guy weighing in at 250 lbs? What fucking world do you live in????

Listen to this kid being beat-up. This is not the sound of a 28 year old guy being beat up... no way in hell

why do people think Zimmerman weighing more is such a big thing?

a kid half his weight could have easily got the jump on him

weighing more =/= better in a fight

LOL..I just listened to your video..it doesnt say he ran after him..nor did he run after him..fat boy never paused up nor had to breath hard...you only have to run a 100 feet or so to effect breathing.

Martin came up to his vehicle with his hand in his waistband...then ran.
Zimmerman walked to see where he went....hardly confrontational by Zimmerman.
I mean who was scaring who here..Martin was following Zimmerman.
Zimmerman wanted to see where he went....How is that be confrontational?
So if Martin stalks Zimmerman its ok....but if Zimmerman sees where he went..its confrontational
Doesnt Zimmerman have the right to protect himself.
That was your arguement for martin.
Thanks for the video..it appears as it this martin guy was had been following Zimmerman. Why?
To ultimately assault him?

How can he not have gone after him if he started at the clubhouse in his car and ended up almost to the kids house before they met up? I'm not discussing the situation of who confronted who at that point...I'm merely asking why we're still questioning his having followed him in the first place when they clearly did not get into a fight in front of Zimmerman's car.

I cant identify for sure who yelled....But to be honest it sounded similar to Zimmermans voice on your previous link

I dont believe martin weighed 140 pounds either..as he was over 6 foot..he would be pretty slinky unlike his football pictures
And fat boy doesnt look that fat to be honest in the tape that showed when he was took to the station.
Details my boy details...something you seem to ignore and rather want to add your own
What fucking world do you live in????
Obviously not your little fucked up fantasy land

For sure...but then IMO the weights are even wrong..It did sound like Zimmerman on that tape.
And there is a witness that sates Zimmerman was on the bottom.

He went to see where he went..he didnt chase him down per say...He was not running on the tape

... which he was told NOT to do.

He had no right to be following him. He is not a police officer, nor a security guard, nor anyone given any authority or responsibility to follow another person. By doing so, he was committing an act of aggression against Martin. He was CLEARLY aware that Martin KNEW he was being observed and tailed by Zimmerman, yet when Martin tried to run away, Zimmerman pursued. He had NO LEGAL RIGHT to do that, ESPECIALLY after being told by the 911 operator NOT to.

There most CERTAINLY is a case of self-defense here: Martin was defending himself against a strange man with a gun pursuing him for no reason.

He wasnt ordered not to..it was stated we dont need you to do that.
It makes no difference anyway....It was only stated for his own protection its standard.
He was the watchman he has the right to walk around there wherever he wants

By doing so, he was committing an act of aggression against Martin.

Seeing where his stalker went is not aggression.
He was CLEARLY aware that Martin KNEW he was being observed and tailed by Zimmerman, yet when Martin tried to run away, Zimmerman pursued.
Not according to the tape...Martin was stalking Zimmerman...Martin approached Zimmerman then ran {as he probably seen he was on a cell phone}

He had NO LEGAL RIGHT to do that, ESPECIALLY after being told by the 911 operator NOT to.
Sure he does...he is authorized to be there..and again the suggestion of dispatch is just that.
Zimmerman did not commit a crime by seeing where is stalker went.

Then why didnt he go home?...He took off running while Zimmerman was in the car...Why wait for a crazed gunman to approach you?
He was only a few units from where he was at that evening{where the altercation took place}.

That 911 call with the screaming for help in it ... wow. I'm wondering if Zimmerman wasn't trying to detain him ... Martin was freaking out because some strange guy is wrestling with him and then Zimmerman pulled the gun on him and it went off without Zimmerman REALLY wanting it to. Of course this is purely just speculation as most of it is at this point.

One thing that did catch my attention is when Zimmerman says, "These guys always get away with it..." This suggests frustration at the thought of some "prowler" getting away with doing something illegal. With that thought in mind, he is going to make absolutely sure this "hoodlum" is NOT going to get away without ending up in Police custody.

With that, if I were a betting man ... I would bet that Zimmerman did pursue Martin all the way until he confronted Martin and then the scuffle started.

I also noted that..it was sort of like,,well by the time you guys get here,,he will be gone.
I dont think he could have caught the young athlete though...17 and a football star.
None the less he took off running while Zimmerman was on the phone..there is no way he could have caught him in a race, given the young football star had a head start.
I think martin went in between some units and waited for Zimmerman...ambushed him.
Just another possibility..I have several...I mean if people{not you} are going to lynch Zimmerman with what we know..I will defend via internet lol
Truth is none of us know what happened.

Totally true. It really is all speculation. Even the authorities probably don't have much to work on at this point. (Well ... I guess obviously since they didn't press any charges.)

So ... the people who are on the phone with 911 (the one with the screaming) did either of them actually SEE what was going on? It sounds like the female on the phone wasn't looking outside because she was pretty scared but it sounds like she was also talking to her Husband that was in the house ... did he SEE anything? From what I remember reading in previous posts, there were eyewitnesses claiming they saw Martin attack Zimmerman and that Zimmerman used his firearm in self defense ... am I on track here? LOL .... should start a bloody case file! Different news stories have different accounts.

I don't think her husband saw anything...she kept telling him not to go near the window. The eye witness was apparently someone who was outside already.
