Then we have about half of a nation insane out there...its much worse than you think..this isnt a few nuts that believe this stuff but a rather large portion of the people.
Even taking race out of the equation, this is still rather far fetched.
The guy may very well get arrested we just dont know...They tend to be very careful before arresting for murder or manslaughter

Perhaps sane/insane isn't the correct wording, then. The paranoid are making this a race issue. Is that more accurate?
It goes beyond paranoid...although paranoid is included.
For the press to twist everything up and for people to actually believe it after it has been shown to be inaccurate is almost some kind of odd mental need to full fill.
We still dont know what happened...both sides are exaggerating
All we know is there was a shooting with a witness that saw Zimmerman on the ground getting hit.
We dont know how it began though...only how it ended
It could very well become a case of felony murder, however. Depending on what happened, if it was determined that Zimmerman commited any felony act and Martin died as a result of it... you have a murder charge.
For sure...The crowd is throwing a fit merely because he hasnt been charged.
Laws vary by state..to go further...here if you do something stupid you can get manslaughter..doesnt have to be a crime involved.
They may very well find a charge for him yet....I am not saying I would agree with a conviction without full details..but I do see it highly possible he may be arrested yet.
But as of current if he went to try to see where the guy was and was attacked....I cant justify prosecuting him.
Americans are free to not be persued by fellow citizens. He had no right whatsoever to be following Martin.
We dont know that he pursued him.
Its not a crime if he did..unless there is a court order to state otherwise
None the less if someone is walking up to you dont have the right to attack....unless that person is acting in a threatening manner.
Unfortunately, it's not illegal to be fucking stupid. We know Zimmerman wasn't pruning his bushes sipping lemonade, oblivious to the ills of the world when Martin jumped out of a nowhere, assaulting him and requiring lethal response. That's not the scenario according to the evidence we have. Otherwise I'd be fine with the outcome.
It also appears Martin was not actually committing a crime. Therefore, this death could potentially be a result of Zimmerman knocking down the first domino in the chain of bad decision making.
In essence, I suspect all of this is his fault. Doesn't mean I think/know he intended to kill Martin, or will be incarcerated.
Just means I think this guy minimally needs a time out from his neighborhood watch duties.

Hopefully they had a forensic examiner also look at the body.
You cant hit someone without bruising your hand...more importantly if you die 30 seconds later there is not going to be time for them to develop.

Yeah really. This would definitely help him ... which makes me think there must be a reason they have not been put out there.
Of course this is all speculation at this point ... but gut instincts are just getting worse and worse.
I sure hope the liberals are not right on this one....if they are ole Zimmerman may have a rough future ahead for himself.

A young man HAS DIED UNJUSTIFIABLY. There is no dispute about that. Zimmermans complete disregard for the instructions of law enforcement caused this incident. Had Zimmerman stayed put, we would not be having this discussion.
