It's never the woman's fault. Rapists generally rape out of violence, and want to show their dominance to cover up the insecurities. It's not usually because they have a lack of self-control after seeing some nice cleavage on a girl "sluttishly" dressed. It's not an impulsive "Ooh she's dressed like a slut, gonna get some o' dat ass" type thing. It's more of a pre-meditated stalking type thing.

And even if dressing like a slut DID make you more of an easy target, it STILL wouldn't make it the woman's fault. So we should expect women to dress while calculating how to be less "rape-attracting". No, why the hell should a woman conform the way she dresses to not attract rape. Carry pepper spray or some shit; there is no need to change the way you dress. It's never the woman's fault. It's the fucked up human being known as the rapist's fault.

That's true, but only to some extent. I still don't believe that dressing "like a slut" makes you a bigger rape target. But if it did this would be my argument:

If a woman is going to go to some shady part of town, or be walking around at night with not many people around, then it may in fact be smart for her to think about what she is wearing. It would be a smart thought to dress more "decently" and carry some sort of defense. But if she didn't and she got raped it wouldn't be her fault that she got raped. It may be true that she could have taken more preventative measures, but it doesn't make it her fault, not even close.

In other circumstances that could definitely be deemed correct. For example; If you play baseball without a cup and get your balls busted as a result, that would be considered negligent behavior.

It's not BS... it's the same reason women are in repeat domestic violence relationships, the same reason that children who witness domestic violence are more likely to grow up and be in those relationships. If that's what you know and are taught as a child, then you become more likely to not see the red flags and get put in those situations.

Attraction causes sexual desire.
The better you look...the more desirable.
The more desirable will almost always be first pick over the less desirable.

You ever seen those losers who play against kids, or physically incapable people, in sports and then get super excited and happy when they win? It's kind of like that. It doesn't make sense to an outsider, and most people (rightly) think the person is a stupid idiot. Because of course they are going to dominate the much less capable person.
