I honestly don't know why I still read this thread. It's like throwing peas at a wall... or beating a dead horse. Obviously people have made up their minds and no matter how many times you try talking sense to them they just ignore you and parrot the ol' thing again and again. Only one things comes to mind now:

The mind of rapist doesn't function the same way that [you] or mine, does. So you can't apply the same logic to this scenario as you would to every day situations.

You present as if all rape victims are slutty, and all rapists are insane as a trait and not simply a state.

A rapist can be a sane person, who functions normally and reaches a breaking point/is triggered to act abnormally. So no, the rapist mind is not always some different place we non-rapists can't relate to.
A rape victim can be a medical stocking wearing, dressing gown and night cap clad 90 year old woman sitting in her home. So no, rape is not always the fault of the slutty.
I get the impression your only intention is to flame women on OTz for potential reasons I'll keep to myself, not actually present a useful argument, but I won't jump to that conclusion without getting more information.

I'm no psychologist but from what I understand rape is more about controlling someone than the sex. I could be wrong but I am going from my own opinion here. Personally, if I think a woman isn't interested in having sex with me then I'm not that interested. I don't know maybe I'm different.

Not all rapists walking around are consistently insane people. That's just ignorant.
Trauma, extreme duress, and substances, for instance, can cause people to commit homicide, suicide, all sorts of things...just look at soldiers and the troubles some face. It's not out of the realm of possibility that a sane person would experience a condition that led to rape.

There's a reason it's called "rape". It was something that happened without the consent of the victim.
You can't "ask" for rape. If that were possible, the rape wouldn't be rape, it would be a sexual relationship where both parties consent.
The fact that women, even scantily-dressed women, do not consent to a rapist raping them makes it rape. They didn't ask for anything. It's as simple as that.
No woman ever dresses scantily for the purpose of being raped. They might do it to catch attention, sure. But it's not in their mind to do it for the purpose of rape.
Therefore any form of rape is completely uninvited. To say any type of rape is ever justified is to just do away with mankind's moral system completely.
