yep, Danny Tarkanian has exceptionally deep pockets, and a huge base here in the Central Valley, since he was one of his dad's assistant coaches here at Fresno State. He's gotten a lot of donations from this area, not to mention Nevada, where he's well known because of his dad.

General Welfare is not referring to health care or anything of the sort. Don't believe me? Go read the Articles of Confederation:
