No you believe in rights only for those you think should have them.
Nope.
because it doesn't have rights until it's out of the mother.
It isn't a person until it is born.
So scientific fact says the cervix has magic properties that breathes life into a child as it passes through on the way to being born?It isn't a person until it is born.
We're not talking about life, we're talking about when people gain rights as independent beings
So you are saying the cervix gives rights? We're not talking about life, we're talking about when people gain rights as independent beings
Fetuses don't have rights. They aren't people yet.So why do you believe that a helpless unborn child should have less human rights than a murderer capable of freewill?
The woman has rights. So you are saying the cervix gives rights?
Fetuses don't have rights. They aren't people yet.
so if you found out that your child had downsymdrome would you abort it?
Absolutely.
Your career beyond fast food services will not go far.Fetuses don't have rights. They aren't people yet.

It says created. Not born. Created. And a life is created when a sperm fertilizes an egg.Declaration of Independence of the United States of America said:...all men are created equal...
Fetuses don't have rights. They aren't people yet.
I take it you've never been around people with Down Syndrome. A blood test will tell you a baby has it but it won't tell you the potenial the child has. You could be killing a person who could live a fairly normal life with challenges, both health-wise and cognitively.
It's not less of a human being, but if you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the child is going to have a serious mental disability .. and you know for a fact that you A. don't have the financial means, or B. don't have them mental/physical means to properly care for the child .. why would you bring a child into a world where it's future and care is uncertain?I really don't see the difference. Why does being in the womb make a baby less of a human being?
Are you nuts? People with disabilities live full lives. How dare you say they should be discarded. It's not less of a human being, but if you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the child is going to have a serious mental disability .. and you know for a fact that you A. don't have the financial means, or B. don't have them mental/physical means to properly care for the child .. why would you bring a child into a world where it's future and care is uncertain?
Sure you can give it up for adoption .. but those children usually end up in group homes and many are mistreated and uncared for .. not all .. but a lot.
Once you have the child you just have to deal with it, but if you could have spared it the grief of going through life not being able to care for itself, live on it's own, or from being a burden (this affects people with disabilities more than you will ever know) .. why wouldn't you?
I think it is rather cruel to force anyone to live just because YOU think it should. Thats as bad as keeping people ina vegetative state on life support for 20+ years because YOU don't want them to die. It's just selfish and ridiculous.
some yes .. but not the type that mst suggest aborting for. The type where the children are born without fully formed cranial bones, severe chromosone deficiencies and such .. they do not lead full lives .. most don't even know what's going on around them. Are you nuts? People with disabilities live full lives. How dare you say they should be discarded.
