Upon checking, apparently I hadn't mentioned my vote here. I know that it'll be well beyond John's comprehension, even if he weren't so lazy as to actually try to comprehend anything. But for the rest of you, this is what I posted in another forum:

I'm voting Paul in the Primary. My state will go heavily for whatever empty suit wears an "R" on the lapel, so in that sense, my vote isn't relevant in helping those of you that buy into some kind of trivial difference between Obama & Romney. I'm not going to base my vote on who I think might win because this isn't a fucking horse race. I'm voting my conscience. If Paul goes third party, then I've got some research to do to compare Paul against Gary Johnson and whoever Americaselect.org nominates. Will the person I vote for in the general election have a chance to win? Not likely, but I want the Republocrat corporate machine to know that there is a growing number of people out here that (1) don't agree with their vision of America, (2) don't buy into the self-fulfilling prophesy that there are only two choices between Republocrat corporate lackeys, and (3) understand that voting for the "lesser of two evils" is voting for evil and is very short-sighted.

Choosing one bag of shit over another bag of shit still results in a bag of shit. It is my hope that people will stop supporting Republocrats in greater and greater numbers. This will send the message and will either prompt one or both parties to make real fundamental changes in their platforms (not bloody likely) or collapse our party system altogether, which would be the best longterm solution, imo.
