But you implied that they were. Should they be fed? Sure but they don't deserve to live better than a lot of people in the world.

Sooooooooo enact violence towards them if we "think" its ok for the crime they did?

I didn't say anything about violence. But I don't think they should be sitting in an air conditioned cell with internet access and cable TV at tax-payer expense.

But since you asked, if they kill someone, then I absolutely do believe that it is our right as a civilized nation to kill them the fuck back!

And as far as the death penalty, it's not that we "think" it's ok. But if, after a fair trial, a jury of 12 peers says the death penalty is in order, and it's upheld by a judge who was freely elected by the citizens of the US, and the decision is upheld by Supreme Court Justices who are free of political influence, AND the Governor of the state reviews the case and decides not to grant clemency.......then I am absolutley in favor of ending that person's life. And I don't give a damn if the electric chair catches his hair on fire either.

So you favor a painful death.

My main point is, I think its hypocritical that a law giving/governing body will kill someone....because they killed someone. The old saying is quite true: Two wrongs makes nothing right.
