Last night was for me one of the top 5 greatest moments in MMA history, going into this people were talking like Hendo had already lost, all of it based off of Feijao's victory over King Mo, well King Mo is NOT Dan Henderson, he has ONE TAKEDOWN worth of cardio in him then anyone with any kind of takedown defense will take over once he gasses, not only can Hendo MAN HANDLE this guy he can do so while rocked, and he can do so deep into the fight, you could see Feijao's heart leaving him as the fight wore on, first round he's somewhat aggressive, drops Hendo, then Hendo takes his best shot like it's no big deal and he feels Dan's strength in the clinch, second round he feels Hendo's power and decides to start going for takedowns of his own, WHICH HE CAN'T GET, Third round he just doesn't even want to be in there anymore, he's just gone two rounds with a REAL AMERICAN and his will is broken.

Chael has a lot of problems to deal with right now, and from what Matt Lindland is saying he hasn't been using his time off wisely at all, he's not training hard to improve his ground game which is his only real weakness. I love watching him fight though, his takedowns are the best I've ever seen.

I hate to hear that...I'll have to read up on it. I'm sure that it's tough after suffering that kind of loss. We've heard of a few fighters that don't handle the loss very well...Rampage. At the same time...many of those fighters figure everything out and return as good as or better than they left. You aren't kidding...Chael's takedowns and ground & pound are sick!

Chris Leben, who has trained with the likes of Matt Lindland, Dan Henderson and Randy Couture has said that Chael Sonnen's takedowns are BY FAR the best he's ever seen in his life, Chael is a MONSTER when it comes to wrestling, there is not a man alive at 185 who could stop his takedowns, and only a couple guys at 205 who could do it, I'd go so far as to say most HWs wouldn't be able to stay on their feet against him.

It is one thing to be compared to some of the best fighters in MMA history, but another to be considered better. That is a huge compliment, especially from Leben. Even more reason to hope he get's his act together and get back in the gym. I look forward to seeing him in the future and hopefully holding the belt around his waist for awhile.

Yeah I know what ya mean, Coleman is finished, Franklin is on his way out, things aren't looking good for Ohio right now, all Oregon has left is Chael, I don't see another Oregonian fighter in the rankings any time soon after Sonnen is gone.
