LOL, my husband just emailed this reply to me regarding the Lindland / Hendo 'situation':

I think Hendo could be caught red handed mugging an old lady and you would still say he was trying to help her across the road.

Yeah I would Hendo would be in the right on this, I think that maybe Henderson feels that the Oregon chapter as of late has been giving Team Quest a bad name, and doesn't want his brand name to be associated with them anymore.

Well Leben left(though as far as I know he's still on good terms) then that piece of shit Herman not only left but had the nerve to trash Lindland and Team quest when he would be NOTHING without them, Lindland has been losing to everyone, and then there's Chael Sonnen, I think Sonnen would be the biggest thing, I wouldn't want my brand name to be associated with Chael in any way if I were Hendo, when a lot of people hear the name "Team Quest" they are associating it with lies, steroids, money laundering, Etc., IF that is the cause of all this I can't really say I would blame Henderson from wanting to disassociate himself with it.

I've never liked either of them either, Herman is such an ungrateful little shit, none of us would even know this guy's name if it weren't for Matt Lindland, you think this guy ever would have made it into the TUF house if he were training out of some local Gym no one's ever heard of? FUCK NO, he got on that show because of Team Quest and Matt Lindland, without those names attached to him they never even would have considered him for the show, and he never would have fought in the UFC or anything, he'd be trying to eek out a living fighting for a couple hundred $'s in obscure highschool gymnasiums throughout the state of Oregon, really he'd probably be retired by now because he fucking SUCKS and could never have made a name for himself on his own. And CHAEL, Chael is just such a piece of garbage, Lindland should have kicked this guy to the curb a long ass time ago, but that's not the kind of guy he is, he is loyal to his friends and training partners to the point where it is effecting his fighting career and his training new fighters career, he stands by these guys no matter what FUCKERY they might get themselves into and it's really making him look bad.

Yeah I think that's probably what's going on, the two facilities are just WORLDS APART when it comes to attitudes and training methods, they may as well be two different camps, and anything bad that happens with the Oregon chapter could reflect negatively on the entire franchise, as much as I love Lindland I think Henderson is right in this matter.
