For if George hadn't called dispatch and went to see where the guy went he would still have got his head smashed.

Lets say someone grabs your baby..you call dispatch..they say "we dont need you to do that"
You run to see which way they turn anyway.
You get attacked and defend yourself...the blame still goes on the attacker.
