So...since I don't support false documentation to obtain an arrest signed by two investigators for the crooked prosecutor you draw above conclusion.

let me bring you up to speed.
He was taken in that night and questioned for 5 hours and released.
It was determined that no charges should be made as there was no evidence of a crime.
The public has threw enough of a fit to get a special prosecutor and investigators brought in.
They write up and sign a false affidavit to obtain a charge and the judge doesnt toss it.
I show dissatisfaction with this so you draw the conclusion of

Seriously if you cant accept he used the gun in self defense ..then that would mean he had to have smashed his own head after shooting him..Not a good argument for the prosecutor especially since there were witness seeing Zimmerman being assaulted.

You accomplished nothing except a show of dissatisfaction of my impartial support of Zimmerman....while showing no dissatisfaction of the fact that the the affidavit was false that secured the charge....And as such showed dissatisfaction of my showing a disapproval with the false documents that secured the charge...Such a showing of dissatisfaction could be considered supportive of false documents to obtain the charge

Not any more than the biased media. NBC edited the 911 call to make Zimmerman sound like a racist. The President of NBC should lose his job for that one. I also think putting up an old photo of a much younger Martin is extremely dishonest. What happened to Martin's Facebook page and Twitter accounts? They were taken down very quickly. The Twitter account had info where Martin was bragging about attacking a bus driver. No doubt plenty of things that would make Martin look bad have been hidden. I'm pretty tired of hearing what an "angel" Martin was. It is slanted media bullshit.

If the photo of GZ's head is real then the prosecution doesn't have much of a case. The police report said GZ was bleeding from his head and nose which backs up his claim he was beaten. Unless the prosecution has alot more to go on that hasn't been in the news they are pissing in the wind. I think so anyway.

Your statement that his head was smashed into the sidewalk is false in exactly the same way you claim the affidavit is. You do not have firsthand knowledge or verifiable proof of it.

Therefore, you are a liar, sir, therefore everything else you say in this matter is entirely impeached. This is the exact same position you are taking in regard to the State's case.

Mark O'Mara, questioned an investigator for the special prosecutor - sentence by sentence - about a probable cause affidavit the investigator signed outlining certain facts in the case.

Investigator Dale Gilbreath testified that he does not know whether Martin or Zimmerman threw the first punch and that there is no evidence to disprove Zimmerman's contention he was walking back to his vehicle when confronted by Martin. The affidavit says "Zimmerman confronted Martin and a struggle ensued."

I have a copy of the affidavit here as well.
I was curious as to how it would be written..as we can see its all speculation and contains at least one lie.
Sickening.....I am sure that many will see no issue with that though.
Both investigators have lost all credibility with with me...by signing a false affidavit.

For sure
paramedics and cops will be credible witnesses to the injuries ..then we have the photos..coupled to the fact there are witnesses that saw martin on top/ and 911 call to verify the times..but for some reason people refuse to accept that...some have even called me a liar...I only provide the findings/not create them

None of those things offer proof that TM "smashed GZ head into the ground."

Yet YOU continue to assert this when you do know know whether or not Martin actually pushed GZ's head into the ground. And there is no evidence to prove or disprove the contention that Martin did infact inflict those injuries. So does that make YOU a "lying piece of shit" for saying the exact same things in the exact same circumstances as the investigator for the Special Prosecutor?

Martin could have pushed Zimmerman, who fell over, hit the back of his head, and then Martin jumped on top of him to subdue him. There are all sorts of things that could have happened... but we'll never know, because Zimmerman chose to follow Martin after he was told that an officer was on the way and that they didn't need him to do so. If he had simply stayed where he was, none of this would have happened... Martin would still be alive, and Zimmerman wouldn't be facing second degree murder charges.

Doesn't matter if it is true or not. Even if GZ did keep following him it doesn't prove anything. It only gives more room to speculate what happened.

I don't think it is illegal to follow someone suspicious or ignore a 911 operator's instructions. None of that really matters. It all comes down to the missing one minute that only GZ knows what happened. No one witnessed the struggle from beginning to end.
