Sorry but 87.5% of people agree with Tevez and think that Neville is a boot licking moron.:D

Surprised you're singling out Tevez for stick though considering the moronic behaviour of some of the Utd fans throwing bottles and coins at players.

The United fans who threww the stuff at Bellamy should be ashamed because it's not something the club needs as PR. But the City fans were just as bad last week when they threw coins at Patrice Evra.

We're not desperate to win it, it's just another trophy. the important thing was done, beating City and showing them who's boss.

Oh and Gary Neville's a hero.

Arsenal 1-3 Manchester United

Pretty good performance today, both teams started well, but we got the breakthrough thanks to a Nani cross/chip shot, Rooney added a second before half time after a great break. Got the third shortly into the second half thanks to another break resulting in Ji Sung Park scoring. They got back into it but poor finishing meant only one (a deflected Thomas Vermaelen effort) went in.

On another day this match could have ended 6-6, but it didn't and that win takes us to within one point of Chelsea at the top of the table.

Manchester United 5-0 Portsmouth.

Yet another goal glut. Rooney opening the scoring shortly followed by an own goal from Vanden Borre. Now the key was to get the third goal to absolutely make sure of the points and sure enough it arrived in the second half thanks to a deflected effort from Michael Carrick. Dimitar Berbatov added the fourth and the 5th was another own goal, this time from Mark Wilson.

Back to the top and with the best goal difference in the league now.

Aston Villa 1-1 Manchester United

Not the worst result in the world. They scored first from Carlos Cuellar, we equalised thanks to a James Collins own goal. Nani was then sent off for a two footed challenge, perhaps a little harsh. In the end both sides lacked the quality needed to win the game.

AC Milan 2-3 Manchester United

Topsy Turvy European performance. First half was poor. The passes were off and such, and they took the lead in the third minute thanks to a deflected Ronaldinho effort. Paul Scholes, with a goal he will never score again, equalised 10 minutes before half time. Rooney put us in front with a looping header from a Valencia cross and did it again from a lopped ball from Fletcher. They pulled one back late on from Clarence Seedorf, but 3-2 is a very good result to be taking back to Old Trafford.

Everton 3-1 Manchester United

Very poor performance today, no excuses. Took the lead from Berbatov thanks for an excellent cross from Valencia and Berbatov finished classily. But then it all went wrong, Bilyadeniov (haven't got a clue if that's right)

Suprised it took them as long as it did to take the lead but they did thanks to a Dan Goslingl shot and Jack Rodwell added a third late on.

Manchester United 3-0 West Ham

Took a while to get going, but pretty good when we did. Got the first goal after a dream ball from Berbatov was cross volleyed back across by Valencia allowing Rooney to head in. Rooney got his second, and number 27 of the season, in the second half thanks to another Valencia cross. Owen added a third later on to wrap up a fairly routine win.

Wasn't too disappointed with that, thought we played well, Rooney is just in another class. At least we're now winning the games we should be expected to win.

Just saw that post lol, yeah you played alright to be fair, had a couple of decent chances here and there.

Anyway, just beat Aston Villa in the Carling Cup final 2-1. They got a penalty early on for which Vidic should have been sent off, but he wasn't and Milner scored it. Got the equaliser through Michael Owen who had to go off with a hamstring strain, but his replacement Wayne Rooney headed the winner.

Yet another trophy.

Wolves 0-1 Manchester United

Deserved victory really, in the first half they worked hard to deny us space and we just couldn't find thta little bit of quality to break through. Second half was much the same story other than the fact we dominated and grew into the game more and the goal when it came was well taken by Paul Scholes for his 100th Premier League goal. They pushed on towards the end for the equaliser but a lack of quality cost them.

Manchester United 4-0 AC Milan.

A massacre of a European performance. Got the early goal we needed thanks to another Rooney header. Rooney added a second early into the second half thanks to a great ball from Nani. Ji Sung park made it 3-0 before a Fletcher header rounded off a wonderful night at Old Trafford.

Comfortable win for the most part, took until 30 seconds into the second half to get the first goal from Wayne Rooney, but from then on it was a cruise. Rooney added a second before Berbatov got his goal late on to wrap up a comfortable win which takes us back top.

Manchester United 2-1 Liverpool

Deserved victory today, thye took the lead through Torres followed shortly after by a Wayne Rooney penalty which after missing it, he tapped in the rebound. The first half then fizzled out before we came out of the traps in the second half and eventually got the second goal through Ji Sung Park. Back to the top of the Premier League.

I usually have a lot of time for the guy, but what Torres did today in that match was pathetic. Truly pathetic "man bitch" behaviour

I would have sent him off. I assume your referring to the penalty spot kicking thing....well it's funny but that miss he had right at the end he scuffed right on the penalty spot. I'd love the scuff to be because of that because karma has truly come back to bite him in the ass.

Bolton 0-4 Manchester United.

Pretty much a walk in the park today. Got the first goal late after a delicious cross from Ryan Giggs was turned into his own net by Samuel. Bolton came back into it slightly in the second half but a lack of quality in the final third meant nothing came of it and when Berbatov added a second after Fletcher's shot was parried into his path, the points were safe. Berbatov then added a third after a good run by Nani and he impudently flicked the ball into the net from the winger's cross. Nani was supplier again for the fourth, crossing for Darron Gibson to hammer it into the net.

Back to the top, one ahead of Chelsea, who we meet in a potential Title decider next Saturday.

Bayern Munich 2-1 Manchester United

Poor performance tonight really. Got a great start after Rooney turned in a deflected free kick from Nani, but that was almost the worst thing we could have done because we sat back too much in the first half. They eventually got the equaliser from a deflected Franck Ribery free kick and the winner was hit in stoppage time after a defensive mix up allowed Olic to score.

We still have the second leg to turn it around but we have to play a lot better.
