I think you are missing the obvious, the law, only male priests because only male disciples are allowed, and Mary Magdalene is a woman, and conniving one.

Isn't His BDay closer to August? I thought they moved it to 12/25 to coincide w/the Winter Solstice when they were busy converting or killing Pagans to Christianity to make it easier for them to embrace Christianity since they still got to keep a 'holiday' or two. Sort of....:willy_nilly:

No, I meant Yule Tree.

There is also a Yule Log. It was started w/the remains of the fire of the previous season.

Tho, these days it's a yummy cake you can get from Swiss Colony. :rockon:
