Why would anyone have a problem with gay people? If someone can show me a personal reason why a gay person has fucked their life up because of their sexuality that wouldn't have happened if a straight person had done that, then tell me about it. I'm a reasonable person who would like to hear both sides of the argument if they are plausable. If not, shut up you stupid prick, no one gives a fuck if you think it's icky or the Bible says it's wrong.

In college I had a gay acquaintance via a girl I knew, no problems there. I work with gays every day (airline job) and get along just fine. I've sat down with a male flight attendant and looked through his photo album where he and his male date were dressed in extravagant dresses for a Halloween party.

However, if I'm completely honest, I'll tell you that I don't care for gay orientation mostly because it is not my orientation. However if the opportunity presented itself such as gay neighbors, I think I'd be able to establish a "friends" relationship with them. I just don't know how many gay parties I'd be going to. I realize there is some prejudice involved here, but my impression is that gay parties can have a pretty high sexual tension along with public displays of affection. I've never been into public displays of affection even between "breeders" so how could I approve of two guys kissing on each other in public? Now women, that's a different story. ;) But it would be sad to know they'd have no interest in a male party, unless they were bi!

I'll also be honest and say that when my child was young, I would not have wanted him being taught by an out in the open gay person. I guess it's my fear, that exposure could lead to experimentation. However despite this fear, I acknowledge that I don't believe being "gay" is an intellectual choice. You have to like the choice and that is who you are.

In today's society, gays should not be discriminated against.

One of my favorite comics today is fitting for this, as far as some men's view/denial on it:24:

I'll PM the pic to you Dark because other parts of the comic, are not open forum friendly
