(this is turning into the Tea Cup ride at Disney)

You mean circular discussion? Don't all religious debates end up that way? :)

BTW, I'm not pushing belief in anything, I'm pushing open mindedness and consideration of possibilities, that is all.

i wasnt suggesting that anyone was,..just throwing my .00005 cents in. using "you" as a generality. and yes both/all sides have their beliefs and points..which is fine..but the further we go into this discussion the more other points get made and questions unanswered..the debate itself will continue till the end of time or until actual proof comes to light...which makes me think that the whole thing is actually pointless with the only outcome being that one more/less person will actually believe..but if that is the point, then again it will go on until one side is actually proven to be correct......the tea cup effect :24:

You mean it was not all about me??

Now every time I look at your avatar I'm thinking of that "I like your tits comment" but I don't see any exposed to like. Just what was he talking about?? BTW is your avatar anyone in particular? I figured it's not you. ;)

You said "until it can be proven, it does not exist." He was simply countering your statement. Throwing in the name calling just degrades the discussion.

That wasn't directed at you and if you read back, Greatest I Am was the first to throw a name by calling me a fool, I was simply pointing out the ridiculousness of his post.

The point I was trying to make was that the radiation example was erroneous. Radiation has an effect on the natural world, an effect that was noticed which lead to investigation into what has caused it.

The supernatural world has had no effect on the natural world, so the comparison cannot be made that just because it's unproven, it might be there.
