I still keep in touch with my exes. There are some that we have had occasional fling after we have broken up. I don't believe that exes should be thrashed for any reason. I add them to my network of associates.

My ex has moved on and is married, so it won't make sense that i still keep in touch with her. I don't have anything against her, and am not angry but there is no need to continue communicating unless it is actually needed.

I don't do that, but to be honest, I completely agree with you. A broken romantic bond does not require people to lose their friendship for each other. A person's maturity becomes evident when they choose to stay friends with someone they dated previously but in most cases it doesn't work that way.

I don't really have frequent communications with any of my ex. I don't shut them out either. I just keep them as distant contacts that only talk once in a while. And it is just checking up we do.
